3. You will be judged as you judge your brother (verses 10-13).
A. The time will come when Christians will also be judged.
1. At the Second Coming, Christians will also be punished.
2. You must think and act to be judged
B. Treating your brother will be the standard of judgment.
1. If you deal with mercy, you will be judged by mercy.
2. If you deal with the law, you will be judged without mercy.
3. Mercy triumphs over judgment (verse 13).
C. If we are judged by the standards we treat our brothers and sisters, what will our reward and punishment be?
1. Let's become saints who treat our brothers with love, be generous, and overcome judgment with compassion.
◈ Conclusion: We are one in Christ. There can be no discrimination in Christ, and the weaker the brother, the more loving and tolerant he should be. This is a characteristic of a Christian and is a commandment of the Lord.
