Title: Trials and overcoming them

<Trial and overcoming it!> James 1:12

If we hadn't had trials, would we have believed in Jesus? And what will be the end of the ordeal? Today's Word James 1:12 says that those who have endured trials will be given the crown of life that God has promised. So, what kinds of trials are we going to face? The type of ordeal also determines how you overcome it. Therefore, we will need to know right away the kind of trial we are facing and to deal with it properly. And eventually, we will have to acquire the crown of life that is given to us. Then, through the Word, let's find out what kinds of trials we face and how to overcome them.

There are three types of trials.

Second, there are trials that come because of people. You are well aware that David was pursued by King Saul and his son Absalmon. In 1 Samuel 19:9-12, we see David being pursued by Saul well. After all, David can sit on the throne 22 years after he is declared king. Also, in 2 Samuel 15:30, we see David running away from his son's sword. David chose to avoid death rather than die at the hands of his son. It was because he believed the promise God had given him and made a promise for the future. And instead of being surrounded by ten thousand people, they do not fear and pray that salvation is from God. What happened to David in the end? He will be in the king's place according to God's promise. What does this mean? When trials come because of people, it means that you can receive many things from God by clinging to God. Wounds from people are healed by God. And it's the closest you can get to God.

So far, we have learned about the types of trials and how to overcome them through the Word. What kind of trials are you going through? Or have you been through a trial? And are you overcoming it in the right way depending on the type of ordeal? As in today's message, I pray that you will become the saints who can overcome the three kinds of trials in the right way and end up with the crown of life.
