Gal 6:1~10 What did you sow? Topic: 7. Relationships. 2007. 9. 9.
◎ Introduction
: Because believers are exposed to all temptations in the world, they can fall into temptation and fall.
How can the church deal with them?
What should be the relationship between the teacher and the learner in the church?
1. The act of correcting a person who has committed a sin. (1-5)
2. Doing good to those who teach. (6-10)
1. The act of correcting a person who has committed a sin. (1-5)
※ The church must realize that the work of restoration is the work of God. He has called us for this.
Therefore, work must be done to convert people into the fellowship of the kingdom of God and the church.
One). Let the spiritual believers deal with their sinful brethren. (One)
※ Spiritual people are those who walk in the Holy Spirit. (Galatians 5:22-26)
2). The brother should be approached with a meek spirit. (One)
※ You need to get close to him, love him, touch him, serve him, help him, express your interest and affection, and above all, stabilize him.
※ We must be happy to welcome him back and make friends again.
※ Let him know that he is forgiven, yea, that he is forgiven by everyone, and that everyone tolerates him warmly and tenderly. (Gal 6:4, Eph 4:1~2, 2 Timothy 2:25)
3). Because we too can be tempted and fall into sin, we must examine ourselves. (One)
※ Because all believers are tempted by all kinds of sins. (1 Corinthians 10:13, 2 Peter 3:17)
4). have to bear each other's burdens. (2)
※ The law of Christ is the law of service (Matthew 20:28) and love (John 13:34-35).
※ We cannot bear the sins of people, but we can bear each other's burdens. For we are all suffering from heavy burdens, whether known or not. (Acts 20:25, Ro 12:15, 15:1, Gal 6:2)
5). You must confess that you are nothing. (3)
※ No one can ever be better than another in righteousness and godliness. everyone before God
stand as sinners Therefore, we must rely solely on Jesus Christ and His righteousness.
(Matthew 23:12, Romans 12:16, 1 Corinthians 8:2, 2 Corinthians 10:12, Gal 6:3, Revelation 3:17, Luke 18:11, John 9:41, Job 33:9, ...)
6). You have to look at your own work and actions. (4)
※ There is a swirling power of temptation around us. Therefore, not the life of our sinning brother, but our own.
You have to check and judge your life.
※ We should not compare ourselves with others, but measure ourselves according to the standards of God's Word.
It should not be an attitude of criticizing and judging others, but an attitude of love, care, service, and correction.
(Matthew 7:5, 2 Corinthians 13:5, Gal 6:4, Lamentations 3:40)
7). You must understand your duties and responsibilities. (5)
※ We are personally responsible for our own actions toward the Lord, and we will be judged according to what he has done. Therefore, we should be free from judging the faults of others and be interested in our own faults.
(Matthew 12:36, 18:23, Romans 14:12, 2 Corinthians 5:10)
2. Doing good to those who teach. (6-10)
One). How to be kind (6)
※ The way for believers to do good to those who teach is to help those who teach and participate in that work.
※ Those who receive the teachings of God's Word and those who teach are mutually responsible.
① Those who teach must always teach the word of God, and those who learn must always have the conviction that they are under the one they teach.
should have
② The learner shares all good things and participates in the teacher's ministry.
* Attending where the teacher teaches. awakening. discussed. Repeated. participate in ministry. financial aid. others come and
Participate by encouraging them to be taught. (Matt 10:9-10, Phil 4:14, 1 Tim 5:17-18 )
2). Reasons for doing good (7~9)
※ There is a reason why believers do good to those who teach.
(1) Man is judged by God.
* “God is not despised; whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.”
: “To neglect” is an attitude that ignores God. To reject God's appointed minister is to reject God.
will do
* Whatever a man sows (according to his behavior) to those who teach him, he will also reap (judgment).
* Those who reject God do not attend the teacher's teaching. not learning. no reflection.
not participating. It goes against good manners, such as not encouraging others to learn.
① If a believer sows corruption for his own flesh, he will reap corruption.(8)
(Rom 8:13, 8:6-8, 13, Heb 9:27, Job 4:8, Proverbs 22:8, Hos 8:7, )
② If a believer sows for the Holy Spirit, he will reap eternal life.
* The Holy Spirit indwells us in our actual life, giving us the strength and ability to live a life that bears the fruit of the Spirit (love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control).
* You will live forever in the new heavens and new earth. (John 3:14-15, 36, 5:24, 12:25, Gal 6:8, 2 Peter 3:13-14, Revelation 21:1, )
(2) If a person does not become discouraged in serving those who teach, he will reap.
* If a believer wants to reap a reward, he must participate in the ministry of those who teach him.
* Must be fully united with the teacher in the service of the Lord Jesus
(1 Corinthians 15:88, 2 Corinthians 4:1, 2 Tim 3:14, Hebrews 121, 1 Pet 1:13, 2 Pet 3:17, Rev 3:11,)
※ The things that do not become discouraged are ① things to be reaped when the time is right. ② The time of harvest is coming. ③ God helps those who teach and rewards those who believe in hard work. (Matt 10:42, 25:23, John 4:36, Ephesians 6:8, )
3). Serving Time (10)
※ The time when a believer serves a teacher is every opportunity given.
* The believer misses the opportunity to participate, serve, and serve in the plight of the teacher, miss the privilege of receiving a greater reward on the glorious day of redemption. Therefore, if you desire a bountiful reward, be awake
Don't be discouraged.
※ The people to serve are ① all people (especially believers) ② one’s family ③ burden from the world ④ people in charge. Therefore, we should always go out and teach unbelievers after meeting the needs of the Christian family.
(Luke 6:35, 2 Tim 6:17~18, Hebrews 13:16, James 4:17, Psalm 34:14, 37:3)
