Sermons for Preaching

Title: What God Likes / Micah 6:8

Content: What God loves / Micah 6:8

Key Verse: Man, the Lord has shown you what is good. What does the Lord ask of you, but not to do justice, to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?

Word: The most difficult part of living the life of faith is realizing, knowing, and implementing the will of God. I pray every day and meditate on the Word of God. However, they complain that they do not receive an answer, and complain that life does not improve. You act like an unbeliever. If it is for their own sake, they do not hesitate to commit illegal and evasive acts.

If you are a believer, you must live according to the will of God if you believe in God. You can find this answer in today's text.

The first is to do justice. Man cannot live alone. You have to live with other people. Take a look at our society now. Can't find social justice. Even simple traffic rules are not obeyed. They commit injustice while preoccupied with how to live better than others. However, believers must live while practicing God's justice.

The second is to love the Son of Man. In the joint translation, it was translated as “a willingness to repay grace”. It can also be translated as the delightful practice of steadfast love. It's not about ignoring others and treating them harshly, it's about treating each other better, forgiving, and loving. Even though you have been forgiven by God, if you do not love and forgive those around you, you are not living according to God's will. God tells us to love people.

Finally, be humble. Hearing God's Word, believing it, and acting accordingly is called humility. It means living with God. Only when we are humble can we receive God's grace. The Lord sustains the humble (Psalm 147:6).

Do you now think that you are a man of God while doing injustice, condemning others, and being proud? Do you feel that you are acting properly as a saint? Do you want to receive answers to prayers by acting with this kind of heart and thoughts? It clearly states that the way ahead is open to those who have difficulty in the name of God. I hope you live the way God wants you to right now.

Prayer: I knew God's will. Help us to always live and do your will. I pray in Jesus name, amen.
