Title: What Makes People Happy

Gospel of John (22) What makes people happy (John 3:16)
"Christianity is a giving religion"
The other day, there was a cartoon with the following black humor. A man proposes, but the woman refuses. “We can’t because we have different religions. I believe in money, but you are a bummer.” The figure of this woman is the figure of many modern people. The most feared disease of modern society is not cancer or AIDS, but materialism.
There is this article. “Money can buy a bed but not sleep, a book but not wisdom, food but not a taste, a house but not a family, medicine You can buy health but not health, you can buy splendor but not maturity, you can buy pleasure but not happiness, you can buy religion but not salvation, you can go abroad but not heaven. You can not."
Don't make money an idol, practice giving. Christianity is not a religion that solves problems and asks for blessings. Christianity is a giving religion rather than a receiving religion. Therefore, there should be more testimonies saying, “I gave it with joy!” than “I received it miraculously!” ‘The life of giving’ is ‘the life that most resembles the Lord’.
"What makes people happy"
The text says “God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son.” Looking at these words, there is no other way to express God's great love, so he said, "You loved him so much." Specifically, the phrase “he loved so much” refers to the phrase “he gave his only begotten Son”. God loved people so much that He gave them the most precious thing. This love is practically incomprehensible to the human mind.
My brother-in-law liked Jindo dogs. He was strong, loyal, and smart, so I fell in love with it. The Jindo dog's name was 'Baekgu'. One day, someone gave my brother-in-law a white poodle. The poodle's name was Linda. My brother-in-law, who loved dogs, loved and raised Linda, who was raised indoors, as much as Baekgu, who was raised in the yard.
One day, my brother-in-law's daughter became ill. As the symptoms got worse, I had to spend more time for my daughter and make the home environment clean. Dog hair was not to be carried around. In the end, Linda, who had been terribly fond of him, was soon evicted from the house. Linda made a big mistake. No matter how much you love yourself, would you compare yourself to the children you love? Who would sacrifice a beloved daughter for a dog? However, God showed love beyond imagination by giving his only begotten Son.
God's love for his only begotten Son challenges sharing. If we share, we may become poor, but God gives us the ability to share in a miraculous way. Sharing is never a loss. The thing that makes people the happiest is ‘sharing’. In fact, there is no greater joy than the joy of sharing. Dare to risk your own safety for that joy. When you put your own safety on the line for sharing, miraculously, you will experience that God fills you even more.
