Title [9.9] What power are you living with?
Are you living by content?
(Mark 9:14-29)
There is a saying in the world like the saying, “Nothing is impossible for those who believe.” Napoleon said. “Nothing is impossible,” he said. It is said that people only use 5% of their brain power until they die. The famous scientist and inventor Edison used up to 15% of his brain power. In this way, we can see that human abilities are limitless.
But we should not confuse there is a clear difference between what people say, “Nothing is impossible,” and what Christians say, “Nothing is impossible for him who believes.” This is because Christians have different starting points and different focus points. It is because we believe in Almighty God, not that we believe in our own potential, but that everything is possible in that faith. It is clear that human abilities are limited, but as Christians, please believe that nothing is impossible to do with faith.
In our lives, there are physical diseases, problems in life, and pain. Even to us like this, Jesus wants us to stand before Jesus as He said, “Bring the child to me.” But there is a reason we cannot stand right before Jesus. Because we have little faith. Because we don't pray. Christians do not have faith because they do not pray. If you don't pray, it's because you don't have faith. When the life of prayer is lost, the Christian cannot live a life of power. Also, unless we do the work of prayer, we cannot start the work of faith.
We now live in a busy modern world, and we have to make a decision. Decide to live by God's power, not our own, and move forward with boldness. Therefore, I pray in the name of the Lord that miracles of grace will come into our lives when we kneel down on our knees and pray and stand before the Lord with complete faith.
