It is said that the church is a place to cure diseases of the soul. In this regard, Acts 3 today records very important words. Why did God raise the lame in the first place after creating the church on this earth? Did it happen by chance? In particular, this event was recorded because there is a message that God wants to give us. One of them is that the church is a place where spiritual patients are healed. God says the purpose of establishing the church in the world is to heal the world. Then, how can we properly play the role of God's temple and God's church?
First, you need to look at the problem properly.
A lame man was called lame at birth. It's not your choice. The Bible doesn't say we are sinners because we have sinned, but does the Bible say we sin because we are sinners?求? It is important to realize this. Originally, human beings do not have any good things, and they are born as they fall. I believe that those who realize this will be able to humble themselves before God.
The next cripple's problem is that he didn't have the ability to solve his own problems. So he resigned and despaired. The problem with the cripple here is that in this man's mind something unusual, resignation, was taken as normal. So he didn't see the underlying problem and thought it was normal, so that what was important to him right now was money, begging. It was the spiritual ignorance that prevented them from seeing their own problems properly. Isn't this what you and I look like? How can we come to church and receive spiritual healing from God? The Bible tells us that we must first look at the problem.
Second, you have to come up with the right solution.
Diagnosis is important, but so is treatment.
First of all, we need to arouse spiritual interest.
Second, we must experience Jesus Christ.
Why don't our assumptions change? Why don't wives and husbands, children and parents return to the Lord? The reason is that I am not full of Jesus. The Bible tells us that all I have is Jesus, and that miracles happen when I walk with Jesus every day. A greater miracle will happen in your life than a cripple miracle. We believe in what will happen around us at home.
