The core of his prayer is to praise the one and only God's creation of the heavens and the earth and to ask for deliverance from Sennacherib, who has hindered God's survival. His prayer was answered through the prophecy of the prophet Isaiah. The arrogant words of the king of Assyria will become hooks and pebbles in the mouth. In addition to this, he took measures in an extremely scientific way for economic problems. This year you will eat what you grow on your own, and next year you will eat the fruit of it; in the third year you will sow and reap, and plant a vineyard and eat of its fruit (2 Kings 19:29).
Dear saint! Salvation took place in Jerusalem and Mount Zion. This is done with the zeal of the Lord (2 Kings 19:31). And the reason that saves Israel is God's love for David. This is like a foreshadowing of the zeal of Jesus to accomplish our salvation. The question is, when can we pray to truly feel His salvation and testify that He is alive?
