Title: When God Calls
when God calls
Luke 2:8-14
But then suddenly a magnificent hymn begins to be heard from heaven. When I listened to the song silently, the lyrics read: “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among those with whom he is pleased.” After the hymn was over and the angels ascended into heaven, they hear the voice of God calling to them. I could hear it, and I could not understand it all, but I could also see that I had to absolutely obey the will of God. As soon as that fact was accepted, their hearts began to swell. The grace of God who made them, who had such lowly jobs, as witnesses of the great history of salvation, was so amazing that it was hard to believe. After quietly discussing each other's trembling hearts, the shepherds decide to rain in Bethlehem. At first, they were dubious, but then they started to believe them, and now they are determined to carry out the reason and will that God has called them.
Everyone, please remember. At first the shepherds were just bewildered by God's call, but when they believed and obeyed, they became the first people to witness the birth of the Savior. Now the shepherds went back to work with a new hymn in their minds, and although they do not appear again after that, it is presumed that they have become very exemplary owners of faith.
How are we today? We pray to God to use me in words, but when God calls us, we put our experiences, our conditions, and our circumstances and circumstances, but rather ask God, “Did you really call me? Have you ever called someone else? In that case, wouldn't that person be better than me?” Are you not asking a foolish question? Everyone, please remember. It is the time when God calls us to show our obedience to God's will with a humble heart like a shepherd. A true Christmas will be the most meaningful Christmas when we humbly approach the Lord in Christmas and obey Him.
Today, God has called us to be witnesses and witnesses of the 2004 Christmas. And he tells us to celebrate the Christmas of 2004 and share the news with the world.
Dear saints!
I hope that the Christmas of 2004 will be a very blessed, joyful, and happy Christmas. When God calls you to deliver the message of Christmas, don't ask, "Did you really call me?" and run straight to hear the blessings of Christmas.
