When life is tested
World-renowned author Bernard Shaw
He said there were two tragedies.
The first is the tragedy that comes from not going according to the wishes of one's heart,
The second is the tragedy that comes from getting your heart's wishes come true.
We often think that doing what we want is a blessing
I consider it a tragedy to not be able to do what I want.
There are times in life when we encounter unexpected crises.
There are times when bad things happen.
Don't despair in this crisis
Opportunities for development through the word of God
We hope that you will become a member of the church who takes advantage of opportunities for growth.
First, when life encounters a crisis, you should not resent it.
Israel lived by the grace of God.
living in the wilderness
Without gratitude, whenever we meet a crisis, we resent each other,
Because of this, I can't even take one step forward.
After 40 years of wandering in the wilderness,
died there.
Grief is an exercise in falling.
It's a fucking practice.
Don't be a person of resentment, let's be a person of gratitude.
Second, since we are imperfect humans, we have to be careful not to fall.
A proud person thinks he is more righteous than others.
When you become spiritually proud, you loose others
You will spend time criticizing.
so that spiritual pride does not enter
I believe that we should always watch and pray and be humble.
# Know a lot with worldly knowledge and be a humble person even if you are smart.
# Let's be humble even if we have a lot of material things in the world.
# Let's be humble even if we have worldly authority.
Pride is the greatest enemy of the religious life.
For pride also removes the crown.
Third, let us look only to God.
1. God is managing the test.
- Only the tests that God can bear are allowed.
2. He is a God who knows me very well.
- He helps you avoid tests you can't handle.
3. He makes you able to withstand the test no matter what situation you face.
- He is a God who is with you.
There are many fiery trials, but let's not be afraid.
