Why were you angry? (Genesis 4:1-6)
The LORD said to Cain, "What is your wrath, and what is the change in your countenance?" (Genesis 4:6).
Cain and Abel are the two sons of Adam and Eve, the ancestors of mankind. The two sons offered sacrifices to God, but God accepted Abel's offering and not Cain's. Cain was angry about this. Knowing this, God asked Adam. “Why are you angry?”
Adam thought it was his brother Abel that made him angry. However, God asked a question in order to make Cain realize that this thought was wrong. why are you angry It is not because of Abel that you are angry. You say it's your own problem. Cain was angry with his brother Abel, who had offered an ungodly sacrifice before God and offered it with sincerity. God tells Cain not to take his anger out on his brother, but to rule over the sin that is within you.
Today we are thinking the same thing. When we get nervous, irritable, angry, or angry, we look to others for the cause. Say you made me nervous and pissed off. But it is a matter of one's own humanity that a person gets nervous and angry. There is something wrong with your character and personality. I'm nervous and angry because I'm a nervous and irritable person by nature. Because even in the same situation, there are people who do not get nervous or angry, but go on and on. I get nervous and angry not because of the other person, but because I am who I am. It's just that other people have the nervousness and anger inside me, so there's nothing I can do but eleven to get them out. If you open the door and there is nothing inside, it will not come out. Don't fight the people who give you anger, but fight the sinful nature within you.
First Aid When you are angry, you can ruin your life if you do not seize the moment. You need to know first aid. First, you have to get through the dangerous moments of a few seconds. You have to count to ten. Even if you count to ten, in the meantime, your extreme anger will disappear and you will be able to regain your sanity. Second, taking a deep breath can help. Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly. Third, you should take a walk in the surrounding park or mountain.
Fundamental resolution The nervousness I am angry at is to realize that there is a better place from the sins in me, to be reconciled before God, to repent, and to thoroughly remove the evil from within me.
