Title: Why It's Troubled
2005-10-12
O wretched man I am, who will deliver me from this body of death (Romans 7:24)
There are times in life that are particularly difficult. Ordinarily, you may be so anesthetized that you do not feel pain because you are intoxicated with the pleasures of the world, and you may feel the agony deeply, or you may live with suffering and find yourself in a particularly difficult situation. Whether you are an adult or a child, there is bound to be an affliction appropriate to that time. But if you are suffering from all circumstances, health, etc., where can you find the benefits of faith? Searching for the cause of our suffering from the outside alone is not the ultimate solution to the problem.
If I am at the center of my life, it is not in accordance with God's order. “Why don’t people move the way I think they do, and not work?” I am at the center of my thinking. “Man sits in darkness and in the shadow of death, and is bound with affliction and chains, because he disobeys the word of God and despises the will of the Most High.” The poet may have expressed his situation in this way. It is not because of the Lord that life is boring because of the Lord, but those who are freed from God's grace and live according to their own good are the ones who are bound. Let's think about what we'll get in the last days of living in the world. Being bound by the lusts of the flesh and living without God is like living in a spiritual prison. Those who live by satisfying their desires and desires are not free. Even though the body is free, the soul dies in darkness and shadow, imprisoned in the depths of the prison in torment.
What is truly happy? Man can only live under the love of God. Living by serving God
It's not about using all your strength in a moment, but walking with God every day. Only when we know where human beings are supposed to be and go back can we truly be freed from the chains of sin. Sin grabs us by the neck and tries to lock us in its power. But the Lord died on the cross to give us true freedom. The freedom gained through Jesus has two meanings. The first meaning of freedom is freedom of status. We used to be sinners, but we have been restored to our status as God's beloved children, and by grace we have the freedom to enter and leave His holy presence. The second is freedom of mind and soul, that is, inner freedom. Our old soul was in the same state as the text of the text. It was our destiny to live captive to sin, but the blood of Christ broke our chains and freed our hearts and souls. Nevertheless, human beings tend to live by being trapped in the chains of suffering. This is because God does not exercise grace even though God has given grace so that sin cannot have dominion over the believer. The work of the Holy Spirit works in concert with the human will. Therefore, it is necessary to activate the will to seek more grace for ourselves.
Even if it is assumed that the external troubles are resolved, the inner troubles are not automatically resolved together. Rather than blaming the circumstances, we should first examine whether we ourselves are not disobeying God's Word or ignoring God's will. I hope that you will come to us, who have been weighed down by the burden of life, and meditate on the grace of God, who took away our burden of sin and freed our souls. Then we fell on our knees before the Lord in deep repentance with tears. Although we have many excuses for crying out for suffering, and even if environmental factors are a problem to some extent, the ultimate root of our suffering is disobedience to God's Word.
When Jesus touched and melted our afflicted hearts with his blood-stained hands, the excuses we thought to have made us afflicted disappeared, and we confessed our own sinfulness and repented. It was then that he came face to face with his true soul. He wanted to be freed from all misunderstandings and foolishness and to restore his relationship with God. If you resent the environment and others, you will inevitably live in sin. Just as we cannot glorify God while living in the chains of death, God examines our heart from the center of our hearts whether we want to live in fear of Him, or whether we break His will and obey Him completely.
God does not hold anyone accountable for any circumstances or others. Because the very person who stumbles upon the environment and the person is responsible. When Adam and Eve were tempted by the serpent and sinned, they were not at fault. Excusing the environment is a kind of self-flatter. Self-consolation is self-consolation by turning away from God and on one's side. Don't forget that when a difficult situation comes, God has already prepared the grace to overcome it.
The only way to set us free is the truth. I think we are living in search of the ‘truth’. Saved children have the nature to seek the truth and live it. However, many people pursue the truth for various reasons and excuses, but in real life they live by abandoning the truth. Because in order to live a life that seeks the truth, there is a bloody price to pay.
If a life without grace continues, we must examine our own relationship with God. If you acknowledge that you have lived in disobedience to God's Word and are responsible for it, then you will realize your mistakes and let them know. Then, your understanding will be revived, your spiritual eyes will be opened, your relationship with God will be restored, and you will walk with me again. So, what kind of suffering can happen to a person who only depends on God and tries to live by his hand in him?
The suffering of the soul is not giving suffering as revenge because we have left God, but in order to make us realize the preciousness of God's grace. Therefore, he wants to return to the Lord through his own realization, not by anyone's oppression or coercion.
If we disobey God and cut off our relationship with Him, we can feel trouble even today. God truly loves us, but we love ourselves so much that we do not fully realize God's love. He wants our self to die. Even if you fall on the path of faith, there will never be anyone to lift you up. You have to get up on your own from where you fell. You cannot be freed from the oppression of the soul without remembering the time of your first conversion and experiencing each conversion. Listen to the voice that says, ‘You are mine’. He gives the strength to rise to those who strive to rise. 2005-10-12
