Title: With You

What God needs is people. People need more than gold and fame. Everything in the world was built as it was. However, only humans were created in the image of God. And he gave you the authority to rule over all things. people are important
However, since such an important person has no choice but to commit a sin and go to hell, we cannot just ignore it. There is no other way to get rid of that person's sins except to take the place of a person's sins as a person. It is the Lord's Christmas that Jesus came to this world in a human body. The blood of Jesus atones for human sins. Jesus promised us eternal life by dying and resurrecting on the third day.
What God needs is man. God works through people.
"I make a wish with you"
It's in verse 13. It is God who works in our hearts, not of our own will. God is working in me. He said that He gives us desires and works for His good pleasure. So what should we do?
First, "Let us always be in submission, working out the Lord's salvation with fear and trembling." God has a wish in me and he does it, so we must work out the Lord's salvation with fear and trembling in our hearts, in our homes, in our work, and in the rest of our lives.
The importance of human work can be seen in the work of Adam and Eve. Many sinners are born through one man's transgression. People are important. Man is the image of God, and God always works his work through man. God, who works with our desires, expects that there will be no complaints or disputes in all things.
In everything that people do, there are resentments and disputes. However, the Lord wants everything to be done so that there are no grievances and quarrels.
Second, in verse 15 it says, “You, being blameless and innocent, appear as lights among them in the world, as children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation.” He desires to become a blameless child of God.
A child of God must be without blemish. You can't be without flaws, but you need to try to get rid of the flaws, try to erase them, and have the mindset to never do them again.
Third, in verse 16, it says, "I want to reveal the word of life, so that I may have something to boast about in the work of Christ, because I run neither in vain nor toil in vain."
The Lord wants us to light up the word of life. Our saints are the status of light and have the mission of salt. We must shine. The Lord earnestly desires us to radiate the light of life.
Fourth, verse 17 says, “If I offer myself as a drink offering on the sacrifice and service of your faith, I will rejoice with all of you.
This book of Philippians is originally the gospel of joy. Ephesians, Philippians, Philemon, and Colossians are prison epistles.
Sundays should also be celebrated with joy. Without joy, you don't know how powerful it is. Walking down the road with joy is light, and all the body's rhythms run dynamically. But without joy, inconvenience causes accidents and a series of mistakes. The same goes for your work. Doing things with joy never leaves the mouth of God's praises of thanksgiving.
The Lord's work is not to do with someone else's. God requires us to do the Lord's work with our bodies, our abilities, our time, our talents, and our material possessions.
A church deacon decided to donate 1 million won for a building and received a revelation during prayer. So I bought three house lottery tickets. Then I went home and told my wife.
“Honey, I had a dream last night. I bought three lottery tickets in your name today, and I believe that one of them will win. Because first, the God in my dream revealed it. 'I believe' I said three times and bought it, so I believed I would win and gave the money.
And I don't know if I use it for my personal interest, but I bought it for the Lord's work, so God will take care of it. I know that God will work for you this time.”
However, the lottery was not won. So this butler was very discouraged. 'Can God do this? I was going to do God's work, but it's a waste of money to buy three lottery tickets.' While I was lamenting that I was preparing for the sermon, realization came.
Haggai chapters 1 and 2 are about the building of the temple, and in verse 1, verse 4, there is a saying, "This temple is desolate, is it lawful for you to live in a house of great quality at this time?"
In fact, if Deacon Lee won 100 million won, he thought that he could donate 10 million won to the building, 10 million won to tithe, 10 million won to give thanks, and the remaining 70 million won to buy a house and move to a place with a good view. . But that's not it. I came to the realization that my thinking of trying to do something with someone else was wrong.
"Yes. God is working through me. Honey, let's go to a house with a good view."
Isn't the Dal-dong shack in Dal-dong the best view? I immediately cleaned up the house, gave the building and intentional offerings, and went up to a house with a really nice view, but after three months I built a church and was able to come down to a nice house again.
God said not to bring money from prostitutes or dogs. If the purpose is good, the process must be good. If God says that God has given you tithes, gambling reviews, building offerings, and money that has fallen on the road like this, anyone who puts it in my pocket without thinking of reporting it to the police box and looking for the owner is going to go to jail and complaining to God.
If the method is good, the result is also good. If our God has a decree, he must do it through us.
Not so in Buddhism. It is said that if a grandmother goes and puts the names of the whole family on it, they all become Buddhists, and if they put a Buddhist scripture on it and pray for good luck, it is said that everyone will be blessed. But we Christians are each.
If you look at the Bible, 1 Corinthians 3:8 says, “Each one will do according to his own work, as he wishes.” Just because someone in the family comes to church as the representative does not mean that the whole family will be blessed. Individual beliefs depend on individual zeal. It is said in the Bible that a father cannot eat sour grapes and his son cannot have a toothache.
A young man came to visit the pastor.
“Pastor, why isn’t God answering my prayers? I prayed all night and received the gift of speaking in tongues. But I don’t know why my prayers are not answered.”
The pastor said let's try it, gave me a piece of paper and pulled out the records. Holy Wednesday wasn't even halfway through.
I didn't even read a quarter of the Bible. I couldn't even tithe. I couldn't even pray. I just prayed hard. Is there any answer to this prayer? He is not a God who answers only by sitting still and praying.
Set the table for a month and say, "Lord, I believe that eating this rice will make you full." If you don't study for the test and say, "Lord, I'm going to take the test tomorrow, and I'm sure I'll get a 100."
"Through me, through mine"
God asks of me. He demands my time, my strength, my time, and my talents. Those who are determined to evangelize must pray and evangelize. Construction donations must be made deliberately and paid. Tithing must be determined and paid. Teachers and choirs must be empowered and able to handle. This is God's wish.
You should eat rice, and you shouldn't just pray and say, "Lord, I believe you will be satisfied."
It's the last week of the year. Let's look back on the eventful past year. Let's look back to see if there were any trial and error.
God loves us so much that He gave birth to our one and only Son, Jesus, as a human being. How grateful I am that you made us sons and daughters through the tears of Jesus' blood and loved all of my life. It is God's grace to receive God's love, to receive God's blessing, and to give us the qualifications to go to heaven.
God, why did you make me supervised? Why did you make me a butler? God who keeps working, leave me alone. God, if someone else has the power, why did you make me an officer like this? I don't deserve it.
Can we dispute God's providence? We just obey.
Elijah performed a wonderful miracle on board. And they ran away from Ahab's wife, Jezebel, to Mount Horeb. Lying under the shade of a rosemary tree, exhausted, he said, "I'm going to die. I'd rather kill you. God, please leave me alone." Then the voice of God appeared. "No. You are mine. Get up. Eat this so you don't get tired." They gave him bread and water. Then he said, "I have hidden 7,000 servants who have not bowed the knee to Baal."
Everyone, I pray that our lives will be moved by God's ruined love. To those who were ordained today, and to all of us who have been given the office of our church, I pray again and again to thank and follow the will of the Lord who has a wish for me, while giving thanks for God's infinite grace. Amen,
