Acts 3:21 By the mouth of the prophet...
'And from the days of Samuel all the prophets who spoke of the coming also spoke of this time' (verse 24).
The prophecies of the Messiah before Samuel were attested through Abraham.
Genesis 22:18 And through your seed all peoples under the earth will be blessed, because you have done what I said.
Gen 49:10 The scepter will not depart from Judah, nor the ruler's staff from between his feet; until Shiloh comes, and all the peoples will be subject to him.
Numbers 24:17 When I look at him, it is not at this time, and I look at him, but it is not near. A star rises out of Jacob, and a scepter rises from Israel, and strikes Moab from one side to the other, and destroys Moab, and all the children of turmoil. will destroy
3. Abraham testified.
“You are the children of the prophets, and the children of the covenant that God made with your fathers” (verse 25). This refers to the covenant God made with Abraham, which was spoken when Abraham offered Isaac as a burnt offering.

Jesus came to this earth as the descendant of Abraham, the father of faith. This is already attested in Genesis.
Matthew 1:1 The world of Jesus Christ, the son of Abraham and David.
The death of Jesus Christ on the cross redeemed the sins of mankind. Through Abraham, the father of faith, the descendants of faith increase in this way.
Gal 3:29 If ye belong to Christ, ye are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.
Peter, Moses, Samuel, and the prophets testify that the one you crucified and killed is the Messiah. What kind of person does Moses testify of this Jesus?
1) Evidence of His Coming as a Prophet and Judge
'Whoever does not listen to the prophet will be destroyed from among the people' (verse 23).
The one who comes as the Messiah is a prophet and a judge. Since the words of the prophets are the revelations of God, they are the words of God. Therefore, those who hear the words of the prophet will be saved, and those who do not hear will perish (verse 23).
Because Jesus Christ is the 'Word' (John 1:1) that existed before eternity, He is the eternal prophet.
Therefore, if you hear the gospel (word) and believe, you will be saved; if you do not believe, you will be destroyed.
John 3:16 God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.
John 3:17 For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through him.
John 3:18 He who believes in him will not be judged, but he who does not believe is already judged because he does not believe in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
God has entrusted the authority of judgment to Jesus Christ.
John 5:22 The Father judges no one, but has entrusted all judgment to the Son.
Acts 17:31 For he has set a day when he will judge the world with justice by a man whom he has appointed, and he has given reliable evidence to all by raising him from the dead.
It is because he bore the cross for all.
Therefore, everyone must stand before the judgment seat of Jesus Christ.
2 Corinthians 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive according to what he has done in the body, whether good or bad.
Those who are perishing must be judged because they 'considered the blood of the covenant of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, as unclean and profaned the Spirit of grace.
Heb 10:29 How much more severe punishment will be deserved by those who trample the Son of God, and regard as unclean the blood of the covenant by which they are sanctified, and dishonor the Spirit of grace?
