1. All humans want order.
Where does this order come from? It comes from God the Creator.
We must recognize the Creator God. Who is God?
1) He is the Creator and Judge. (12) - God is the absolute, the first and the last.
The key to salvation is to believe in God as the Judge.
2) It is the Providence. (13) - There is no one who can stop the flowing river. Heaven and earth in one word of God
was built God has raised up the heavens and the earth for His glory and for the glory of His chosen people.
He is the absolute provider.
3) God is the savior. (14-16) God is the one who will save Judea from Babylon.
God wants the Jews to hear this news of salvation.
God's people must hear his word and believe it.
2. How do we recognize the existence of God?
1) It is through the natural world. - The natural world proves that God is alive.
2) through the human conscience. - Every human being has a religious instinct.
The human conscience is an instinct responsible before the law, and the conscience hears the voice of God.
3) It is through the Bible, which is the Word. - The Bible describes God as an infinite Spirit, a self-existent God.

3. God promises that the day of redemption will soon come when the people of Judah will be released from captivity

What should God's people do when they leave Babylon?
1) Declaring redemption and telling them to leave (Isaiah 48:20) Come out of Babylon and flee the Chaldeans,

Why should God's people leave Babylon?
(Isaiah 48:22) Says the LORD, There is no peace with the wicked.
In any way, God allows His people to come out of sin and be saved.
We cannot serve both evil Babylon and holy Jerusalem.
