entry
It is not wrong to say that it is only in the conviction and faith that we Christians can live that the gospel can have a greater impact on us personally and in society.
From Paul's epistles, we can see that the whole of Asia Minor came under the influence of the gospel because of Paul who became a minister of the gospel.
Paul was neither ashamed nor afraid of suffering for the sake of the gospel of Jesus.
What does this gospel mean?
The gospel is the good news of salvation accomplished through Jesus Christ Himself, all that He has revealed, His mercy, His birth and resurrection.
The gospel is that God took on a human body, became a human, and came to dwell with us on this earth.
Everything that Jesus did is the gospel. He preached the word of God and healed the sick.
Everything that God did through Jesus is the gospel. The gospel is the grace that is bestowed on believers by making them suffer on behalf of their chosen ones, by being crucified on the cross to atone for their sins, and by allowing them to be resurrected and ascended into heaven.
We have been amazingly transformed by this gospel.
Ephesians 3:6 for the Gentiles to be joined together in Christ Jesus through the gospel
Those who become heirs, members together, and partakers of the promise
Because it is
The Gentiles became heirs together in Christ Jesus. To be heirs together means to become joint heirs. Originally, God's inheritance was promised to Abraham's descendants. We were poor people who could not become one member and one flesh with them, and could not participate in God's promises and covenants.
As in verse 2:1 and below, we were men dead in trespasses and sins, uncircumcised, outside Christ, strangers to the covenant of God's promise, hopeless in the world, and forsaken without God those who received it. Those who had no possibility at all were us, the Gentiles.
But through the gospel, we have become joint heirs and one body in Christ Jesus, and we have become partakers of the promise together.
Paul was not afraid of suffering for the cause of Christ Jesus because this gospel solves all our problems. Rather, he rejoiced in suffering because of the gospel.
In verse 7, he confesses that he has become a worker for this gospel.
The meaning of the word worker (διάκονος) means 'a person who serves others, a person who performs a mission' It means worker, minister.
1. How did Paul become a minister of this wonderful gospel?
1) I became a minister of the gospel because God gave me the gift of grace.(7)
Grace is the love, mercy, and kindness that God gives to those who do not deserve it.
God's grace to Paul was abundant enough to say, "Your grace is sufficient for you."
A vicious Pharisee, a persecutor of Jesus Christ...
What the resurrected Lord Himself was waiting for on the way to Damexek was the kindness of the Lord, and the light of the coming Paul wrapped around him. / Saul. / The voice of the Lord calling out was the voice of love (Acts 9). :One- )
Acts 9:15 "Go," said the Lord, for this man made my name against Gentiles and kings.
It is my chosen vessel to present before the children of Israel.
Verse 8 - I confess that this grace has been given to me, who is less than the least of all the saints.
2) The power of God worked and he became a minister of the gospel.(7)
Power ( ) - The power to perform miracles - The power to part the Red Sea, the power to raise the dead...
The fact that I, Saul, became Paul, and that the persecutor of the gospel became a minister of the gospel, was through the work of God's miraculous power.
Everything I became a gospel worker was by God's grace and God's power. Paul is glorifying God.
Please believe that we became God's children today and that we became workers in our Ark Church because of the infinite love of God and the miraculous power of God.
2. What made Paul become a minister of the gospel like this? ( 8-9)
1) In order to spread the unfathomable riches of Christ to the Gentiles
8 Give this grace to me, who is less than the least of all saints,
He gave to the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ
let me tell you
The abundance that is in Christ is unfathomable.
We have everything in Jesus. There is true love, there is wisdom, there is knowledge, there is wealth and honor, there is eternal life, there is forgiveness of sins, there is salvation...
2) To make known the plan of salvation hidden in God
Ephesians 3:9 The secret dispensation hidden in God who created all things from eternity
to reveal something
closing words
A worker must work to be a worker.
In a company or a construction site, workers have to work. If you don't work, 쫒
Farmers must work diligently to achieve a bountiful harvest in the fall.
Today we are spiritual workers.
He is God's worker.
He is a servant of the spiritual God.
Through us as God's servants, the kingdom of God expands and people gain new life, eternal life, and peace.
If we are lazy, our faith cannot grow. If we are lazy, we cannot work.
Our day should start at 4:30 in the morning.
(This is a story I heard from my grandmother when I was young. Blessings come to a house where the gate is opened early. That is, when you wake up early in the morning and go out to the rice field to work and open the gate, good fortune will come through the opened gate.
