description of the text
The process of making clay
1. Selection of soil - Obtain kaolin, clay, and clay.
2. High soil - It refers to the newly made soil after rubbing the obtained soil with your feet, kneading it well, and sieving it through a sieve.
3. Forming - Make the desired shape of the bowl with a wheel, electric wheel, or foot wheel.
4. Unglazed - Roast at about 850 degrees C-900 degrees C.
5. Apply the glaze - take it out and apply the glaze.
6. Chaebol-grilled - Bake again at 1,200 degrees C - 1,300 degrees C.
1. Thanks - Choice
The potter must select the appropriate soil with a potter's manual Choose a good quality kaolin or clay. We are a handful of soil. But please believe that it is the soil that God has chosen.
There are many soils in the world, but we should be thankful for choosing us as the soil to make pottery. There is a lot of earth in the world, but it is not made of ceramics. For pottery, kaolin or clay is used. It's called using clay. These days, ocher rooms are in vogue. Mann ocher has larger particles than kaolin or clay, so it is not used as a material for bowls, but is widely used as a natural, healthy and eco-friendly material.
You and I are all like dregs of all things, and we must first give thanks to God for choosing clay to be used as a tool for God.
You did not choose me, but I chose you and called you.
“You have chosen me, and I have chosen you and established you.”
Yes)
I thank my wife. Because he saved me when I was 30 years old. At that time, my wife was 23 years old when she was in the most beautiful flower of her life. So I always live with gratitude.
Therefore, worship should be filled with thanksgiving.
Oh! God, you chose me first, and you have chosen and elected me from among so many people to be used as a precious vessel for God! Thank you. Thank you. Tears of emotion should be poured out.
2. Humility - Lowliness
The potter must now pour water into the even soil and make the soil. In other words, we work to filter the pure materials to make pottery. After filtering it all through a sieve, it is now time to knead it. When you knead the dough, you step on it with your feet, and press it down with your hands and tap it. The reason is that it should not contain even a small amount of air. So, I knead it evenly with my feet and knead it with my hands.
After God has chosen us too, God beats us to use them as true vessels. I tread lightly with my feet. Beat it by hand. The reason is that we still have the times of the world, vain luxury, and impurities in us. There are naughty tempers, explosive emotions remain, and dirty bitter roots. It shouldn't be. A good bowl should knead well. It is to make a bowl with well-kneaded soil. Therefore, some of you may be in the process of kneading like this right now. It is very difficult when that happens. You may even think that you believed in Jesus for nothing. However, please believe that it is a process for making a bowl.
“Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you face various trials. For you know that the trials of your faith produce patience. Perfect your patience, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in anything.”
“Tribulation produces perseverance, perseverance produces character, and character achieves hope.”
So this is a time for us to be humble. Being humbled and broken and broken, humbled and humbled. God never uses the proud.
Worship is to bow down to God with this humble attitude. May all of my pride, my handsomeness, and my abilities be buried under the cross. My humility is to exalt God. I pray that you will bow down to God and fully exalt Him.
3. Dedication - being used as a vessel
The potter puts the clay well on the potter's wheel. The potter's wheel mentioned here is comparable to a wheel. These days, it is an electric wheel, but in the old days, it was all trampled on by foot. The well-kneaded soil is placed on the wheel and now the potter makes the desired bowl. It makes various kinds of bowls from large to small to rice bowls and soup bowls. This is only the potter's absolute authority. It is the potter's absolute sovereignty that the vessels cannot complain about and cannot claim for themselves.
The potter who appears here refers to God. Man is the vessel and God is the potter.
“O Jehovah! Now you are our Father. We are clay, and you are the potter; we are all the work of your hands.” The potter's absolute sovereignty is God's absolute sovereignty. Therefore, just as a vessel cannot vomit to a potter, we cannot vomit to God.
“Doesn't the potter have authority to make from a loaf of clay, one vessel for the noble and the other for the humble? ” “This vessel is us…”
Why? did you make him a man? Why! did you make it a woman? Don't complain. Gender change is a challenge to God. It's a big crime. Can I have a baby if I change my gender? Does a woman get sperm when she becomes a man? Don't complain about your big face, don't complain about how short you are!
Now, all I have to do is, like the stalks of sacrifice on a stone altar, I will be placed on the wheel of God, so that I can become the vessel you want me to be! is to do And no matter what kind of vessel it is made of, it is dedicated to the purpose of the vessel.
Worship is dedication. No matter what form God uses you in this worship today, I hope you will worship in spirit and truth by giving your body, your heart, and your whole heart.
Especially, look at verse 4 of today's text. “The clay vessel burst out of the potter’s hand, and he made another vessel from it, according to his own opinion.” what do you mean? If the pot does not come out the way the potter wants it to, and if it is broken or cracked in the middle, it is broken and another pot is made again. It is a scary word that if we are not used properly according to God's will, we will wake up and break it, so we will choose someone else to become God's vessel. Therefore, please devote yourself completely to God.
4. Filled with the Holy Spirit - Into the Fire
The potter doesn't stop with the shape of the bowl. It is now put into the fire kiln. Put it in a hot fire of about 850-900 degrees and bake it. Then they take it out again, glaze it, and put it back into the fire. At this time, bake at about 1,200 degrees to 1,300 degrees. Only then will it be made into a vessel for us to use. It's okay to put such a bowl in the microwave, or it's okay to cook food on the fire.
Dear saints,
We are not saints just because we have a shape. You must enter into the fire and come out to become a saint. It doesn't make you perfect once you enter it. You have to go back into the hotter fire.
You must receive the hot fire of the Holy Spirit like a furnace at 1,200 degrees - 1,300 degrees Only then can you fulfill your role as a saint.
When the weak and useless 12 disciples who all ran away when the Lord was arrested, they changed after they received the fiery Holy Spirit in Mark's upper room on the day of Pentecost. The fire of the Holy Spirit hardened them and gave them power, and they had strong faith that could withstand any great trial or tribulation. And I was able to go outside and clearly testify of the gospel of the Lord.
“But he knows the way I go, and after he has tried me I will come out as pure gold.”
That's right. After training us, please believe that God is using us like pure gold.
Therefore, dear saints!
Worship is offered in the full presence of the Holy Spirit. Dear tjde, who are worshiping today! May you be filled with the Holy Spirit.
On whom does the Holy Spirit come? It comes to those who completely surrender to God.
When are you coming? It comes when you completely surrender to God.
conclusion
“We have this treasure in vessels of earth, so that it may be known that exceedingly great power belongs to God and not to us.”
The apostle Paul's confession of vaginal vessels is to teach Christians who are living today as worshipers of God the right to bow down and worship only God. Please offer true worship before God with thanksgiving, humility, devotion, and the heat of the Holy Spirit. I thank God for choosing me first and making me a child of God, and since He molded me into a vessel for God, please humble yourself before God to worship and dedicate yourself as a precious vessel of God. Here, I pray that you will be empowered with the burning fire of the Holy Spirit and become true worshipers who preach the gospel to the ends of the world.
