Title: Writing My Personality / Ezekiel 18:4
Contents: 1993.11.17 Joshua Ezekiel 18:4 Writing my personality
God made us to meet certain specific needs.
I am not like any other person who has been before me. And I'm not like anyone who comes after me. This means that I am unique.
It is said that human fingerprints are different for all 4.5 billion people on earth. Also, we say that voice actors are good at mimicking their voices, but in reality, each person has a unique voice, so no one has the same voice.
So, there can be no one like me again. It teaches us that there are several wills of God.
1. God's need for me is unique.
There are things that no one else can do for God. Because as I said in the beginning, God created me uniquely, so I want God to be glorified by my uniqueness that other people do not have, that is, my individuality.
But if I do not give glory to God, our God will not receive my unique glory. Therefore, I believe there is no need to imitate others. Because the Lord wants to accept me as I am.
2. My fellowship with God is unique.
We are not a robot choir that repeats praises to God. Each of us has a personality that God created to please God.
No one can glorify God more than I glorify God. Not all twelve disciples of Jesus are the same. All twelve people have different personalities.
This is also true in the church. Everyone is different. They have different personalities, different environments, and different skills. People who work are different. It is serving God with its own unique personality and working for the church.
Martha is a working man. Mary only receives the word. There were apostles like Peter, who liked to talk quickly, and there were disciples like John who sought the arms of Jesus. Like David, there are people who sing hymns on the harp and praise God, while others pray before God with tears.
There are people who work hard with their bodies. There are people who help with prayer. There are people who become patrons of the material. I believe that I should live with pride that I can give what others cannot give, even though I cannot do it like others, and remember that God wants it.
3. Your privilege is unique.
