Title: You, Man of God!

Contents

The people of God are not of the world. Therefore, they do not love the world. For he died with the world in Christ Jesus through faith. It is the same as the words of the testimony that is written, “For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God” (Colossians 3:3).

Therefore, the people of God do not love the world or the things in this world. That is, because it is the same as the testimony of the testimony, “For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not from the Father but is from the world” (1 John 2:16).

Of all things in the world, the thing that leads people to evil the most is “money”. So the Holy Spirit said to the man of God through Paul, “The love of money is the root of all evil. Pursue godliness, faith, love, perseverance and gentleness, fight the good fight of faith, and take hold of eternal life, to which you were called, to which you bore witness before many witnesses.

These are the words of the living God, which the Holy Spirit exhorts to all God's people to this day. Everything in the world is unclean. Therefore, the prophet exhorted, “Depart, depart, come out of it, touch not the unclean thing, come out of it, and purify yourselves, you who bear the utensils of the Lord” (Isaiah 52:11).

Also, the apostle said, “What is the harmony between Christ and Belial, and what has the relationship between the believer and the unbeliever, and what agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? We are the temple of the living God. and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Therefore the Lord says, Come out from among them, and be separate and do not touch the unclean thing. the word” (2 Corinthians 6:15-18).

The end of those who are rich because of the love of money cannot escape from the eternal hell that cannot be restored. Regarding this, the Bible says, “No one who trusts in his riches and is proud of his riches will by no means redeem his brother or offer a ransom to God for him, for the redemption of their life is too precious and will not last forever. and he will not see corruption, and he will see that the wise die, and the foolish and ignorant also perish, and they leave their wealth to others. He calls himself by his own name. A man is honorable, but he does not last; he is like the beasts that perish” (Psalm 49:6-12).

All wealth in the world is unrighteous. If I have unrighteous riches, I will make friends with God's people. For this reason, our eternal friend, the Lord Jesus, testified, “I tell you, make friends by means of unrighteousness, and when they perish, they will receive you into an eternal dwelling place” (Luke 16:9). Riches are useless, but righteousness delivers from death” (Proverbs 10:2).

For this reason, when the Lord came back into the second world to bring the people of God to salvation, “Gather before him all the nations, and separate each one, just as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats, putting the sheep on his right hand and the goats on his left. Then the king said to those on his right, "Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcome me. Naked and clothed you, sick and looked after you, in prison and came to see you. Then the righteous answered and said, "Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, and thirsty and give you drink? Did you see him and welcome him, or naked and clothe him? When did you see him sick or in prison and go to see him? And the king answered and said to him, "Truly, I say to you, what you did to one of the least of these my brothers, You did it for me....” (Matthew 25:32-40) The words of the testimony will come true.

“As you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.” Amen.

Such a life is the blessed life of living the rest of the body in this world where God's people are strangers. Thank you Lord.
