Title: You Should Have This Much Faith
Contents
There is no person in the world without a past without regrets.
But this regret is not based on the past, but on present dissatisfaction. It only appears as regret for the past. Because the present becomes the center of the worldview, we see the past and the future.
A person who is satisfied with the present is that everything in the past (whether good or bad) will work out and be justified.
Also, when the future is uncertain, the present is insecure and insecure.
If there is a promised future and a sure hope, the sufferings of the present cannot be compared with the glory that will be revealed in us (Romans 8:18).
So, be grateful for everything you are in the moment. A contented heart is a blessing and a portion given to me (Psalm 16:5).
“The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not be in want (Psalm 23:1).
A true believer is a person who loves the peak of happiness that has nothing more to ask for as the Lord.
First, you must at least be grateful and satisfied with what you have become.
what do you mean?
Those who know the grace and power of God are happy people.
In the text, the apostle Paul was unfairly arrested and put on trial while preaching the gospel.
At that time, Paul put aside the matter of life and death in front of the Roman governor and testifies only to the gospel of Christ Jesus through the cross.
Even at the moment of suffering, persecution, beating, imprisonment, injustice, and finally being treated like a madman, 'I am not crazy, I speak the truth and wholeness. I want you and everyone here to be like me.'
Because the way Jesus was crucified was so clear, he was convinced that there was no other way than the gospel without making any concessions.
Because of this, all of the pride (knowledge, honor, authority, material, family, etc.) up until now was regarded as a waste of money (Philippians 3). He knew that even though he suffered like a thorn in his body, it was God's grace (consideration) to save and protect his soul (2 Corinthians 12:9-10).
Second, believers must stand with firm faith (those who know the Lord God)
God's decree is already over.
Who drove Paul crazy, and who made his heart empty? Who made him happy?
Who changed his view of life? who drives me crazy? Who can make me empty my mind?
Neither material things, nor knowledge, nor honor nor authority can change.
Who can forgive (wash) my sins?
Only Jesus. There is only the blood of Jesus (the grace of the cross) that can wash away my sins.
The centurion's faith (8:5-13), Zacchaeus' faith (Luke 19:1-10), the woman's faith at Sychar (John 4:1-42) The faith of a woman with a blood clot (Luke 8:43- 49), you must have the faith of a Canaanite woman (Matthew 15:21-28).
Without faith it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6).
Third, believers must be active in the gospel (those who know what to do)
“If we are crazy, it is for God” (2 Corinthians 5:13).
Because of the love of Christ, Paul suffered many hardships throughout his life, but he lived joyfully.
If I am moved by the grace I have received and want others to realize this grace, evangelism will be over.
Ladies and gentlemen, how happy are you if you want your children to be like me and your loved ones to be like me?
Not "I was really happy", but "I am so happy."
It's not "I will be happy in the future", but "It's enough as it is now." is.
Crazy people catch you. To be crazy means to be engrossed (concentrated).
How crazy have you been? How crazy have you been in love? How many times have you prayed?
A person who has not been told that he is crazy is not a true Christian.
Let's go crazy with the love of Christ Jesus!!
