Title: Young Dreaming Joseph

Bible Text: Genesis 37:5-11
dreaming young man joseph
I'll teach you how to easily get your passion energy. You just need to breathe well. Studies have shown that people breathe shorter when they are stressed, reducing the amount of oxygen entering their lungs. That means it reduces oxygen in the brain and body, and also reduces energy.
When you feel stressed, take a deep breath. Breathing in a lot of energy is to let the stress out. As you inhale, inhale through your nose, counting to three in your head. At this time, I think that the Spirit of God is filled in me. Hold your breath in that state for a few seconds. At this time, worries, worries, anxiety, and fears are mixed with stress and spit out. Repeat this process. It will be an energy bus.
If you dream, you do, and if you don't, you don't. Joseph had a dream and he had a dream.
A dreamer is hated.
Joseph, who had a dream, was hated by his brothers. I was rebuked not only by my brothers, but also by my father. “Joseph had a dream and spoke to his brothers, and they hated him even more” (verse 5). The problem is that the content of the dream caused anger in the hearts of the brothers. I was cutting grain with my brothers in the field, and my sheaf stood up and the brothers' sheaf surrounded mine and bowed down.
When the brothers heard about Joseph's dream, they said, "Are you really going to be our king, and we hated him all the more because of his dream and his words" (verse 8).
No one likes to have someone like him ahead of him. There is no way the older brothers would like to have a dream in which they bowed down to their younger brother. The older brothers who do not have dreams and are envious of people who have dreams are pathetic.
So, what makes a dream come true? The material that makes dreams is the Holy Spirit.
“Afterward I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh, and your sons and daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions” (Joel 2:28).
How can I receive the Holy Spirit?
When you pray, you receive the Holy Spirit. The phrase “after that” can be easily interpreted as “after prayer”. In the book of Acts, the Holy Spirit came to the place where we all gathered to pray. The apostles and women, Mary the mother of Jesus, and the brothers of Jesus gathered at the place of prayer and prayed together. We were all filled with the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:13-14, 2:4).
“If you, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him” (Luke 11:13).
Dreams come from seeing. God showed Abram to have a dream.
A little boy came out to the London market with his mother, and the mayor just rode out. The little boy said to his mother, who is that? you are the mayor “Wow that’s cool!” I want to be like him too. He later became mayor.
“Bring him out and look up to heaven, and count the stars, if you can… so shall your descendants be” (Genesis 15:5).
The house where Jung Ju-young went to deliver rice was a very wealthy house. It was the first time I went into such a house. I went out the gate and looked at the house. Years passed and I finally bought the house. That house was the house of Hong-sik Park, the founder of Hwashin Department Store.
When you hear the word of God, dreams come true. We must receive the word of God as the seed of our dreams. “If you keep all his commands and do them, you will surely be blessed, and there will be no poor among you” (Deuteronomy 15:5).
Even if you are abandoned because of your dream, you must have a dream. Dreams are like seeds. Seeds are food. You need seeds to harvest 30 times, 60 times, and 100 times.
Still speaking of dreams,
Although Joseph is hated for his dream, he dreams again and tells the dream again.
“Joseph had another dream, and he spoke to his brothers, saying, I had another dream, and the sun and the moon and eleven stars bowed down to me” (verse 9).
Do you give up on your dreams just because you hate them? The dream is to never give up no matter what. Dreams are the source of creating a great future. Dreams make dreams come true. Dreams are the mother of powerful actions.
Dreams awaken your potential that you were not aware of. It makes people excited. excites people. Be a passionate, action-oriented person.
Bartimaeus, the blind man, turned to Jesus and said, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” When they cried out, people said, “Be still.” He shouted even louder. The passion that made him scream is a dream, a wish. The dream made a sound. When he cried out, the Lord made him see.
The Bible regards dreams and visions as revelations from God. It was a blueprint that showed God to look into the future.
Freud devalues the essence of dreams as only unreasonable wishes and fantastic gratifications. However, Joseph accepted a dream that seemed to be vain as a vision God had given him. I hope for the undesirable and believe in the unbelievable.
God has made your dream come true by speaking. You created the thoughts in your head and the reality you want to achieve in words.
“Let there be light!” God said, "Let there be light." And there was light, and God saw that the light was good (Genesis 1:3-4). To make God's dream come true, God said, "Let there be light!" You said. You have made the light you want to see come through the word.
"And God said, Let the earth bring forth living creatures according to their kind, cattle, creeping things, and beasts of the earth according to their kind." And so it is with you (Genesis 1:24).
Talking about your dreams is important. Dreams come true when thoughts are put into words and words make sounds. Horses have creative powers. “...if you do not doubt in your heart, believing that what you say will come true, it will be done for you” (Mark 11:23) Just as rain and snow water the earth and make it sprout and bear fruit, “the words that go out of my mouth, He will return to me only when he has accomplished what he has set out to do and has accomplished the work I have sent him to do” (Isaiah 55:11).
Say you will definitely do it! This is a command to yourself, and self-actuation. Jesus said that if you believe that what you say will come true, if you speak, it will come true. If you clench your fists, you can't shake hands and you can't give or receive. Joseph, who spoke dreams, created a mind that calls for success with the language of self-affirmation.
Joseph, who dreams continuously and tells his dreams relentlessly, is faithful to his feelings. That was Joseph's success factor.
Fathers, keep the words of their children.
Joseph's father is Jacob. Jacob rebuked Joseph when he told him the dream.
“What is your dream? So, do you mean that I, your mother, and your brothers will go to you together and bow down to the ground?” (verse 10) These words must have been intentional to keep the children from dying. It is also about establishing family order.
When the father heard that the younger brother was being bowed to by his brothers, the father said, “Yes, yes! If that's the case, you're saying that you should bow down to your brother and live. This is not something a father would say to his children.
“His brothers were jealous, but his father kept the word” (verse 11).
The fact that the father kept his son's words meant that he regarded Joseph as a source of hope. The father has Joseph's open mind and positive attitude in his heart. He is looking positively at the way he is happy as if his dream has already come true.
A child who dreams of something that has never existed before should appear in our home. They are like David among the sons of Jesse, and like Joseph among the sons of Jacob.
When Jesus was 12 years old, he went up to Jerusalem to celebrate the Passover. On the day I came back from work, I came back for a day, and when I turned around, there was no son. Surprised, from then on, they set out to find Jesus. After three days, I found it in the Jerusalem Temple. When he saw them sitting and talking with the teachers, he was amazed and said, “Child, why have you done this to us? Behold, your father and I have been looking for you in sorrow.” Jesus said to him, “Why did you seek me? Couldn't you?” He said, “His mother kept all these words in her heart” (Luke 2:51). To “keep in mind” the words of the boy Jesus means to “keep thoroughly,” “keep it safe,” or “keep it safe.”
Don't listen to what children say. Jacob is a model for all parents who raise children with dreams. Jacob made Joseph's dream sprout. Mary raised the boy Jesus to be the Son of God. They are looking at the child with anticipation. They had an incubator that nurtures their dreams.
“It is God who works in you, to will and to do for the sake of his pleasure” (Philippians 2:13) “Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart” (Psalm 37:4). ) to make God the joy and joy of the soul. It is said that the “wish” of those who please God will come true.
God said to Jacob, who sleeps on other people's land and sleeps on stones, the land on which you lie will be given to you and to your descendants, and it will be done forever. It happened in a dream. But the land was given to him according to his promise and according to his dream.
Creating a gap between people is a dream. The older brothers had no dreams and the younger brother had a dream. According to his dream, Joseph became the prime minister of Egypt and bowed down, and his brothers bowed down (Genesis 4:26).
Dreams make you adventurous and challenge you. Dreams are the power to create miracles. The power to dream is the power to live. Dreams are the capital of life and the energy of life.
“If I say, ‘I will not proclaim the Lord again, and I will not speak in his name,’ my heart burns like a fire, my marrow burns, and I can’t stand it” (Jeremiah 20:9). Declare hot dreams.
The Holy Spirit makes us dream and speak. The Holy Spirit allows us to cross borders and extend to the ends of the earth. May your dreams come true.
