Why Jesus Acts 4:10-12

There was a survey conducted among readers of a Christian magazine. One of the questions was "Why do you believe in Jesus?" The most common answers were "believe in peace," "believe, and you will be saved," "believe, because it is beneficial," and "believe, you can meet good people." What about our case? Why should we believe in Jesus?

1 Because if you believe, you are at peace.

In John 14:27, he said, "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you." In these words, Jesus gives two characteristics of peace. is revealed as

The first is, "My peace."

The peace that Jesus gives us is not the peace we borrow or borrow from others, but the peace that the Lord Himself has. The Jews call peace or peace shalom. It means peace from God.

The second is that the world does not seem to give.

It means that the peace that God gives is not the same as the peace that the world gives. The Lord said, "The peace I have made is not like the world gives." The peace that Jesus gives

① Eternal peace. ② There is no value. ③ Invisible. It is invisible because it is spiritual and eternal. When I believe in Jesus, my heart is at peace. When my heart is at peace, my family and the world will be at peace.

2. Because if you believe, you will be blessed.

In Genesis 1:22 or 28, it says, "God has blessed man." "This is repeated 300 times in the Bible. The blessings the Lord gives can be broadly classified into spiritual and physical. Spiritual things are invisible, but they refer to salvation, faith, and the gift of the Holy Spirit. It refers to material things, prosperity, success, etc. Blessings, whether spiritual or carnal, are neither forsaken nor bad, so how can we be blessed?

First, you must believe.

Galatians 3:9 says, "He that comes through faith is blessed with Abraham who has faith." There are people who will receive great blessings from Abraham through faith. You have received such a blessing through faith.

Second, we must do things that will bring us blessings.

Jeremiah 7:23 says, "Do in all the ways I have commanded you, and it will be blessed, for you give bread to the poor." Being blessed is a law of nature. If you sow righteousness, you will reap righteousness; if you sow evil, you will reap evil. If you sow much, you will reap much; if you sow little, you will reap little; if you do not sow, you will not reap. Everyone will be blessed when they do things that deserve blessings.

3. Because if you believe, you will be saved.

Acts 16:31 says, "Believe on the Lord Jesus, and you and your household will be saved." The way to be saved is presented in this verse. "Believe in the Lord Jesus!"

Why should I believe in Jesus? Because trusting him gives you peace.

Why should I believe in Jesus? Because if you believe in him, you will be blessed.

Why should I believe in Jesus? Because if you believe in him you will be saved

When should I believe? You have to believe it now.

Where should I believe? You have to believe here.

How should I believe? Don't delay and make a decision. now, here...
