Title Area Leader (Matthew 20:26~28)
Contents
① God sets up leaders to save the elect. ②Jesus is the supreme leader and the central leader in this matter. He completed his leadership work as a model of true leaders. ③ In order to continue this work, Jesus trained his disciples and appointed them as leaders and made them work. ④ The kingdom of heaven is a country organized by leaders and a country run by leaders.
A district leader is a spiritual leader.
① Spiritual leaders are different from world leaders. A worldly leader uses his own philosophy, thoughts, and experiences to show leadership in worldly matters, but a spiritual leader completely denies all of himself and is a member of God through God, exercising leadership in heavenly affairs. ② Spiritual leaders are different from rulers who rule and rule others in the world. Instead of killing, breaking, knocking down, trampling on others, winning the battle, gaining power and controlling the country or any group, first become an example for everyone, practice first, and serve first, touching the hearts of all people He is the one who saves souls by encouraging people to move their hearts, control their minds, and follow them willingly. ③ Therefore, a spiritual leader does not have to fight against others to win, and is someone who transcends success and failure. ④ The ruler wins by fighting others, but the spiritual leader is the one who fights and overcomes himself. They completely deny themselves and gain their place by serving others. The former lives and dominates history, while the latter dominates history forever.
District leaders are those established by God.
A district leader is a person sent as a servant to serve.
① “The Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his head as a ransom for many” (Matthew 20:28), spiritual leaders were raised up as servants. Those who have been ordained by God must know exactly what to do and do only what they are supposed to do. ② As a ruler and ruler, if you do the Lord’s work in pursuit of your own glory, you become a person who practices lawlessness because it is the world’s way and you are rejected by the Lord. By being together when serving, the district leader makes his district members the object of service and is revitalized when he only serves. ④ Preaching, visiting, prayer, service, and service should be. ⑤ Studying, business, success… you have to do it in order to serve. ⑥ Let's add height, depth, breadth, and object of service.
A district leader is one who dies every day.
① “The Son of Man came...to give his life as a ransom for many.” Just as he said, the disciples must also live a life of sacrifice, dying daily for the sheep. ② The leadership of Jesus, who works forever in history, was obtained through the sacrifice of His death on the cross. ③ This Jesus told us to deny ourselves, take up our cross, and follow me. ④ We follow Jesus as our eternal leader because he sacrificed himself for us.
