By the Word / Romans 10:1-15
A person's personality can be measured in many ways. Among them, a person's personality can be found in his language, or speech, because personality and language are inseparable. A person's personality is expressed in that person's language. The words of a sincere man are true. Evil people use evil words, and ugly people use ugly words. Each personality has a different language and different habits of using it.
Christians speak Christian language. A good man speaks good words, and an evil man speaks vulgar language. This is the measure of his personality that can be distinguished verbally.
It is also a confirmation that there is. Soldiers have words only used by soldiers. The people who trade have their own language, the people who build houses have their own language, and we Christians have a unique language that Christians use.
If you can confirm a person's occupation, structure, state of consciousness, and even emotional state through that language, then speech and personality are inevitably one.
There is one thing that we can really realize meaningfully through the Bible, which is that God is the Word. God created the heavens and the earth with His Word. God is in the Word, revealed through the Word, and is working to us through the Word. The Godhead of God cannot but be found in the Word of God.
As human beings, we cannot meet God with the naked eye. But through the Bible, the Word of God, there is more to God than to touch with your hands and see with your eyes.
You can tell for sure. Because the Bible is the Word of God, and the Word is God. In addition, we can understand and know that He is working on us through the words of the Bible. This is faith. Therefore, we Christians can meet God through the Word, know His will, live by faith in Him, and find and enjoy joy and hope under Him. Many people try to meet Jesus in many ways. You are trying to meet the Lord through visions or in your dreams. Attempts to somehow meet the Lord are truly imaginary, and they struggle to make them look dreadful.
is even marvelous. In order to meet the Lord, we must rely on the Word rather than on dreams or visions. Because the Lord is in the Word and the Word is God. (John 1:1) There is a Triune God in the Word. Through the Word of God, believers can not only know God, but also know the will of God. We must stand on the Word. Today's text speaks very clearly about this fact. (Verses 6-10) It is wrong for a believer to go up to heaven to meet the Lord or to go down to hell. As a way to experience Jesus Christ, he said, "The word is near, in your mouth, and in your heart, which is the word of faith we preach." Many people want to meet the Lord, who is too far away from meeting the Lord Jesus Christ. They are also obsessed with selfishness and formality, trying to lock Jesus Christ in a specific tomb. The Lord is in our hearts.
When we believe the word of the Lord and confess it with our mouth, God is with us. Therefore, we must have faith centered on the Word. Word-centered faith reminds us of dry bones. This is an incorrect perception. Those of faith centered on the Word are hot. Word-centered believers are passionate. Those who receive the Lord with faith and obey the Word can meet God. A believer who meets God makes a change in their life, and the darkness in their life disappears, and their life becomes hot with hope and passionate passion for the kingdom of God. The early church members devoted themselves to prayer based on the words of the Lord Jesus Christ, and they were filled with the Holy Spirit. It means being filled with the Holy Spirit and obeying the full control of the Holy Spirit, and it means that one's life is subject to the work of the Holy Spirit.
