Title Children and Parents/Ephesians 6:1-4
There is no one in this world without parents. But there are many who have never had children. Few of those people can tell you to raise your children like this, raise them like that. Also, even if their children are doing their part now, no parent can guarantee the future. Many parents are praying and working hard for their children, but even those parents will not be by their side forever.

What should parents do to their children? If children are to obey their parents, parents must be in a position of authority and position to receive obedience from their children. Verse 4 says, “Fathers, do not provoke your children.” In Colossians 3:21, it is said, 'I might lose heart'. This is not to anger your child, but to encourage them so that they do not become discouraged. Second, we must bring up our children in culture and discipline. To nurture means to nourish and develop character. It should be nurtured through education, which is corrected by proper training, and discipline, which is education through speech. The Lord is always behind parents who teach culture and do not know discipline. That is, God is the great teacher and coach.
