Title DAY33. A Guide to the True Servant

words to memorize
And whoever gives even a cup of cold water to one of these little ones in the name of a disciple, truly I say to you, that person will by no means lose his reward.” (Matthew 10:42)
The world defines greatness in terms of power, possessions, fame, and status, but Jesus measures greatness in terms of service, not status.
* Have a servant's heart
God has called us to serve, not to live a self-centered life!
“God sometimes tests our hearts by asking us to serve something other than the way we were made.
Even if we don't have any particular gift, God may call us to do it if no one around us has it. Our first work is done in who we are, but the next work is to meet the needs of the time.”
"The only thing you need to be a servant is character."
1. A true servant gives up to serve himself.
2. A true servant cares for the needs of others.
3. A true servant does his best with what he has.
4. A true servant has the same dedication in all things.
5. A true servant is faithful to their ministry.
6. The faithful servant maintains a low stance.
There are so many things I want to record about each of them
What I felt while reading this article was serving the community.
I could not serve with joy and it was a very difficult time for me,
I see again that God was in the process of dealing with me.
We must be true servants. Even if a servant returns from work, he can only rest after preparing the master's meal. A servant cannot assert his rights.
A servant is not free to adjust his own schedule. It is worthy to do the work of a servant, and not to be praised.
I can nod my head when I read something like this or hear a sermon like this.
It seems that it was difficult to accept such a request directly.
A heart that asserts me, a heart that seeks to protect me, is within me
When I have to be in a position to ask for gifts not given to me
I complained when I was given a task that I couldn't do with joy, or when I was asked to serve when I was too busy or too hard.
There was one reason for that, but I thought he didn't care about me. There were even times when I thought they were ignoring me.
However, I was missing out on the fact that it was a work that God allowed me to do, beyond the comprehension of human beings. My worth is not judged by these things, but no matter what state I am in, they already regard me as a noble person, so I am a noble person. Therefore, even when serving in the position of a servant, my worth does not decrease, but rather, God exalts me when I serve as a true servant, just as Jesus exalted me.
And then... you'll be seated in the highest seat.
