Ephesians 2:11-22
In South Africa there was a human rights activist named Nelson Mandela. He was the leader of the black liberation movement. He spent 27 years in prison for persecution by the white regime. After a relentless struggle, he became President of South Africa. There seems to be a lot of cold. Nevertheless, there was no retaliation. I was reconciled. And he always showed such a gentle smile. He went to wherever there was a dispute and claimed himself as a messenger of reconciliation. Forgiveness and such a gentle smile can make all of us one. Wouldn't it be great if there was forgiveness and a bright smile in this country and people?
Dear saints, June is Patriotic Veterans Month. Isn't this name given to us to pray more for our country and to think and act on the way to love our country? will make you think. Tomorrow will be 59 years since the Korean War (June 25) broke out. A couple must meet and live together for 60 years at most. However, it is like our country has been fighting the battle for the rest of its life. How can we lead this fight to reconciliation? I hope you smile like President Nelson Mandela today and extend the hand of reconciliation. I wish I had the forgiveness that made enemies friends, like President Lincoln did. I am convinced that all of this is the word of God.
Jews are really special. They are the only ones who think that God loves them. We pride ourselves on being a nation chosen by God. But the important thing is that our God is not that narrow-minded. God loves everything He has made. That is why He sent His only begotten Son, Jesus, to restore all things. He also called the great apostle to preach the gospel to save those dying souls. Dear saints, God loved us so much. However, with our small prejudices, we condemn and distance ourselves from others other than ourselves. In today's verse, it is said that such separation is a person without hope and a person without God (12). Why? There is life only when we become one with God, because we live apart. If you fall like that, you die. Because the Lord is the tree and we are the branches (John 15:5). Dear saints, Only when we are close to God can we have life, and only when we become one with God can we live forever.
1. Grant God's mercy among this nation and people.
2. Make us one. Break down the walls we built with Jesus Christ on the cross.
3. Come, Lord Holy Spirit. Let God dwell...
