Content Parents (Ephesians 6:1-3)
“Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right.” In fact, all people living in this world are children of their parents. This is because no matter how old you are, even your grandparents and grandparents have parents. Also, the child is a special gift as the years pass. Except for those who have received the gift of celibacy, they become parents in front of their children. what do you mean? It is the fact that I am a child before a parent and a parent before a child.
So the first duty a child has to his parents is the fact that he must obey his parents. Why should we obey our parents? Because the parents are right. Because parents have a lot of experience. Because parents love their children. However, a problem arose in the relationship of obedience in the relationship between parents and children. In the old days, parents were right and children were wrong, parents knew and children were ignorant, parents were educated and children were ignorant, parents were smart and children were a little young. Now, how fast the world is changing, and from that moment on, my children became more literate. The child has become more rational.
Third, obey, respect, and be filial to your parents. However, this filial piety has children-style filial piety and parental filial piety. In other words, there is filial piety for my parents and filial piety for my parents. There are many things that are said to be filial piety. What you do well is often more wrong. It is because I do not know the other person and filially filial my way. If your parents like clothes, buy them. If your parents like money, give them money. If you like to travel, let us travel. However, the most important thing is to read the heart of your parents. This is important.
Be nice to your parents. Why? Because those parents are your hometown. let's pray
