Title Genesis 01:1 God

Contents Genesis 1:1

Genesis 1:1 is the almighty key. In the beginning, when God created the heavens and the earth, the world came into existence, man appeared, and the redemptive grace of Jesus Christ was also given. The key word in the verse is ‘God’. God is given.

Creation begins when God becomes the subject. Even now, God, who unchangingly sustains and guides us, continues the work of creation. God is not the God of museums. It is not an archaeological artifact. God is not an idea of philosophical speculation. It is not an illusion of a psychological projectile. He is an amazing person who lives and works here and now. He brings light to those who are still in chaos, emptiness, and darkness.

The first creation created by God is light. In Genesis, two times overlap. It is the time of the beginning and the time of the Exodus. Creation took place in the beginning, but creation faith was proclaimed at the time of the Exodus. Exodus was an escape from the sun god. Egypt worshiped the sun god. The strength of the sun is light. The sun was deified and worshiped because it radiated light.

But the Bible testifies that light was created before the sun. And this means that light shines without the sun. Ultimately, for those who worshiped the sun because of the light, the Bible declares that they should serve the God who made light. The sun is a creature that governs the light that God has made, and is not the object of our worship.

However, even today, many people still worship the sun god. People who move on days without hands, people who get married and start a business in search of good ways to do business, people who risk their fate in the time of the earth's rotation and revolution around the sun, and people who believe in the constellations are all still living with the sun and the moon. People of the astrological faith who serve the stars. And that defines human beings fatalistically. I need to get out of here. We need to escape from here. God alone is the center of our lives and the God who gives light.

John the Baptist refers to Jesus as the true light. The book of Revelation says that Jesus the Lamb is the lamp, shining the light of God. The creation of light was a proclamation to choose God over the sun god. And this light is the guide that opens the way to live and the infrastructure that illuminates the Garden of Eden. The light of God shines brightly on those who meditate on the Word. When we meet Jesus, who is the light of life, we live in the light. You will live in Eden of Light, not in a land of chaos, emptiness, and darkness.

There is only one conclusion. Humans have hope when they meet God the Creator. Make God the Creator the subject of your life. The creation of the beginning, the creation of the Exodus, begins again here and now. The chaotic wandering ends. Void Sorrow dissipates. The despair of darkness disappears. and light. Hope. A new heaven and a new earth. Jesus, the Lamb, who is the light of life, is the lamp. You shine a new light. A healing beam comes from Jesus, the righteous sun. We are healed and refreshed. I see a new light of hope.

Humans have hope when they meet God the Creator. Meet this God passionately once again. The wanderings of chaos end, the sorrows of the void end, the despair of darkness ends. God is the true light of hope that shows us the way to live.
