2. God's Salvation (20-24)
1. God's Judgment (16~19)
One). Judgment on Women (16)
※ The first judgment was given to the woman who first committed the crime. that judge
(1) You will experience many kinds of suffering.
※ The text says that the pain of pregnancy will be added to all the pain. (Pregnancy is one of them)
① There is pain caused by the woman's own nature (softer, more delicate and more sensitive than men).
② There is a unique pain that a woman must experience during pregnancy.
③ Women experience more sorrow and pain than men when it comes to raising children.
(2) The woman will want a husband.
※ Women are by nature yearning, yearning, and longing to live with their husbands.
※ The desire for a husband is to make the woman as attractive as possible and to settle down with the family.
(3) You will live under the control of your husband.
※ This judgment is applied individually. It's not that women should obey all men.
※ God's judgment is about function and order in the family (Colossians 3:18, 1 Timothy 2:11~13,...)
2). Judgment against men (17-19)
※ The first person committed a crime. He refused to accept responsibility for his sins.
① No effort was made to return Eve to God.
② I heard Eve's temptation and persuasion.
③ I chose to eat the forbidden tenfold for myself.
※ All judgments given to men are equally applicable to women.
(1) You will live in a cursed world (an imperfect and corrupt world). (17)
※ Adam sinned “because of you,” so why should the world be judged?
* Because the world was Adam's family (see Romans 8:19-22).
* Creatures suffer and fight to escape from corruption.
※ The creation is waiting for the appearing of the Son of God in lamentation, lamentation, and screaming.
(2) You will fight for survival. (17-19)
① A man was forced to “work hard” in the process of satisfying his most basic needs.
② Man was sentenced to fight against the thorns and thistles of the earth.
(3) Man was sentenced to sweat in order to eat, to control nature, and to satisfy his basic needs.
(3) You will die. (19)
※ In a perfect world, there is perfect fellowship and sharing between God and man.
※ When God warned Adam about death, he must have discussed death.
① Adam himself brought death and fall into the world.
② The judgment that was made on Adam is for all mankind. (See Romans 5:12-14)
③Adam was judged by death. (See Genesis 2:17)
