What is a disciple?
A disciple is a person who learns, a student. What do our children learn? I go to school, academy, etc. and learn a lot of knowledge. So I hope you get good grades and that will lead you to a good school, a good job, or a business.
But what should I and my family learn when we live as disciples and learners? Do I want my children to become disciples of Jesus? Do you consider it to be the most important thing in the world? Do you want to live a life of learning, imitating, and following Jesus?
Jesus' command
Jesus commanded all who believed in him to make disciples of all nations. This command is the word that we should take as the purpose and goal of our life while we live in this world. To make a disciple means to be a disciple and what I make. That is, I live as a disciple, and I make others do the same. We must make this the purpose of our life.

To do this, we need to make a disciple. Never give up on him and take good care of him until the end so that he can grow as a disciple. We need to help that one person focus on prayer, evangelism, and nurture. So you have to make it happen with me. Then others can make disciples too.

To do so, there is an important principle, which is that, above all else, the ministry of making disciples must come first. Because there are so many important things to do, you won't be able to do it after you've done all of those things. To do this, the purpose of life should be to make disciples, not to glorify wealth. This should be the purpose of your studies, your profession, and your business.

Among those who wanted to follow Jesus, there was a man whose father had been beaten. So he said to Jesus, “I will bury my father and follow him.” At that time, Jesus said, “Let the dead bury the dead, and follow me.” It's your father's business, not anyone else, can you do that? How important! Why did Jesus have to say this? There are many important things in the world, but above all else, it is saying that making disciples is the most important thing and should be given priority.
India's confidence
We have faith to have when we live a life that allows us to learn and follow the life of a disciple first. It is an Indian conviction. What will you do when there are important things that you cannot do by following the Lord first, and when tribulation arises as a result? We can find the answer to that in the events of stormy seas.
The disciples were put to death in a stormy sea. But Jesus was so tired that he was sleeping in the boat. But the disciples woke up Jesus. “Do you not look back on our death!” Then Jesus says: “Why are you afraid, you of little faith!” He spoke and rebuked the wind and the sea. Then something very surprising happened. It was then that the raging storm calmed down.
That's right. When we fail to do important things by following the Lord first, we should not be afraid of the tribulations and problems that may come from it. You must trust that the Lord will solve many of the problems that arise from following Him. The Lord can easily solve those problems. You must have this kind of faith and follow the Lord. In that case, you can follow the Lord first and grow as a disciple of the Lord.
