Title [Happy Today] David's Way

2 Chronicles 34:2
Everyone wants to be known for good news and to have good gossip. What would you do if you were going to introduce a family and there was nothing to introduce? What would you do if you were embarrassed to introduce your family?
Rumors appear as they begin to fill my place. When my seat is full of complaints, rumors of complaints spread. When the place is filled with hatred, rumors of hatred spread. When the place is filled with prayer, it is known for prayer. When that place is filled with love, the word of love spreads.
What are your positions filled with?
Josiah was the grandson of a tyrant, the son of a politician who had been assassinated, neither as a grandfather nor as a father. His family was truly a family neglected by God. Grandfather is Manasseh, who is evaluated in one word for doing evil in the eyes of the Lord. His father, Amon, became king at the age of 22, but he was a short-lived king who reigned for only two years in Israel. What's more, his father was assassinated by his servants, a very poor family.
In such a family Josiah was born and became king when he was only eight years old. He didn't even become the king of the Taiping Dynasty. It's not even the age of a prince's solemnity. How did the son feel when he watched his father assassinated by his servants at the young age of 8? How frightening and trembling was that? Was his throne regarded as a carefree and idle place?
Hilkiah, the high priest, appears as an advisor to Josiah. He understood Josiah's dark and frustrated heart. So Hilkiah, who knew the heart of the king, who knew the heart of the people, and, above all, knew the heart of the Lord, felt the need to let Josiah meet someone who would be the standard of his life. Although my grandfather and father led a miserable life and had dark politics, leaving Josiah like that was not the right thing to do for the nation or for God.
The person that Hilkiah passed on was none other than his great-grandfather, King Hezekiah. The meaning that King Hezekiah gave to Josiah was special. Hezekiah was lifted up from the sick bed by the hand of God, and his life was extended for 15 years. Hezekiah was a king who was respected by the people and was placed at the top of David's tomb and was respected by the people. Hezekiah was a man who longed for the house of the Lord.
After hearing the story of his great-grandfather Hezekiah, Josiah cuts out everything but serving Jehovah after four years of preparation. Knowing what to cut off and starting to distinguish.
And above all, we begin to reform the place of worship. It is because they knew that standing right before God was something that could not be done without worship. Above all, we lead the people to the forgotten temple-centered, Word-centered life. Instead of a hidden book, they take out a book that has been forgotten and read it and carry out the repentance movement.
Did Josiah read the words? no. Both my father and my grandfather read it. The only difference is that Josiah and Hezekiah read and practiced, and Manasseh and Amon ignored them. However, the results were clearly different.
The life of those whom God approves are simple. Simple. It is a place where worship and the place of the Word are restored and put into practice. Today's happiness lies in the word of the Lord. Our Lord wants this rumor to be spread throughout Korea.
