Title [Happy Today] Faith in the Lion's Den

Daniel 6:10-28
Nowadays, all workplaces are working 5 days a week. Many Christians are also quick to adapt in society, but neglect the worship of God. Even though there is the glory of the resurrection behind the cross of the Lord, there are many people who do not take up the cross and have the wrong idea to gain only glory.
In today's text, Daniel was taken from Jerusalem to Babylon by Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon, when he was about 20 years old. Before Daniel was arrested, he lived a life of worship thoroughly before God. Even in Babylon, where idols were worshiped, Daniel continued to keep his faith in worshiping God thoroughly. However, Daniel went through tribulation in the lions' den because he was serving God, not the idol of that country. How to possess the faith of the lion's den.
First, you must kneel three times a day. To kneel is to worship God. Although Daniel was a young man, he always lived a life of worship before God. They were taken into captivity and turned into an environment where it was impossible to worship God. Still, Daniel lived an unchanging, God-centered life.
However, even though we can worship as much as we want, we often neglect it. Even in a situation where worship cannot be held, worship that is offered on one knee three times a day is not the faith that will allow you to enter the lions' den. It is not Darius king of Babylon who fears Daniel, but Jehovah God. I hope you live a life of God-centered worship like Daniel did.
Second, Daniel lived a life of thorough worship before God and received the blessing of becoming the prime minister of Babylon. But why did you have to enter the lion's den? You must discover God's will here. Whatever happens to me is God's will. Joseph of Genesis also lived a God-centered life, eventually being sold into slavery and even living in prison. But he becomes prime minister of Egypt and rules over it. Only faith that worships God can change families, churches, and societies.
Daniel, who served God well, was envious of the other prime ministers, so he would serve the king as a god, and if he serves any god other than the king, he would be thrown into the lions' den for 30 days. But Daniel did not obey the man-made laws and fearlessly fell on his knees to God three times a day. Daniel feared God, not man.
Daniel's three friends who serve God well, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, are also thrown into the furnace of tribulation for not bowing down to the golden image. They confess their faith before the king. “O king, the God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the fiery furnace, and even from your hand. Even if not (even if we die in the furnace), O king, know that we will not serve your gods, nor will we bow down to the golden image you have set up. will come out of
The people God is looking for today are those who make such a profession of faith. Failure in worship is failure in life, and success in worship is success in life. I hope you have the faith to enter the lions' den. Worship is life. Like Daniel, I pray that you will win by keeping your faith until the end, and I pray in the name of the Lord that you will become a true worshiper offered by your knees at the church that God established with the price of blood.
