Title [Happy Today] G12 Vision and Leadership
Contents
Luke 22:29-30
Today, I would like to talk about the vision and leadership of G12.
Let me first explain what the G12 is. G stands for ‘Government’, which means governing organization. The number 12 represents the 12 disciples of Jesus. In a nutshell, G12 leadership is how to evangelize and nurture 12 disciples like Jesus, so that they can live their lives as disciples. God has given us four key points in the G12 vision. It is called the ladder of success. The first step of the ladder is the step of saving souls (Win).
The second stage is to nurture unbelievers who have evangelized, which is called Consolidate. Through upbringing and training, they are strengthened into loyal devotees. The reinforcement phase is again divided into three phases. These are pre-encounter, en-counter, and post-encounter respectively. Encounter is an English word that means a decisive meeting with the Lord, and believers experience changes in their lives through a decisive encounter with God. He decides to cast off all his past sins and live a new life. Only when these changes take place can you live your life as a disciple of the Lord.
The third step is Disciple. The key to this step is how to live your life as a disciple. In the discipleship phase, you are trained to live as mature Christians. As a final step, Christians who have been trained in this way will be sent a leader. A trained leader is sent out to make his 12 disciples.
So, why do we need G12 vision and G12 leadership today?
The G12 vision will change our lives, dreams and visions. I want to challenge your life to achieve this vision. Evangelize 12 people, train them and make them evangelize another 12 people so that they become 144 people, 1728. Through this method, we must make sure that this nation can be fully evangelized in our time. This is the only way a Christian should go.
In Luke 22:29-30, Jesus says that he has received the kingdom of God from the Father. Jesus promises to set us on the throne that governs the kingdom of God. He invites you to rule and rule the country. We must now pray that God's reign will come among us. Jesus who received authority from the Father to rule the kingdom of God, Jesus who said that he would set you on the throne, Jesus who said to rule and rule. We must pray that God's reign will come to our midst.
