Text - Hebrews 12:26-28
Verse 26- The text speaks of three tenses: past, present, and future events. (1) 'at that time' is the past downtown 5; Psalm 68:8; 77:18; 114:4,7) Because of its majesty, it refers to the separation event. When God appeared, the earth shook (Ex 19:18; Judges 5:4, the Israelites were terrified).
(2) It now implies that there will be vibrations greater than the vibrations of the earth exhibited in the Mount Sinai event.
(3) He said, “I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens once more.” The text indicates that in the past, the event of Mount Sinai, citing Haggai 2:6, only shook the earth, but in the future both heaven and earth will shake. Verse 27 - God explains why the heavens and the earth will shake in the future.
(1) God and his kingdom are immutable (Grasser).
(2) Anything that rejects God's rule - Judgment.
Verse 28 - Therefore, since we have been given a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us receive grace - The 'the kingdom that cannot be shaken' is a kingdom where God reigns - an eternal kingdom. Christians have received a kingdom that will not perish.
'Let's receive grace - 'Ekomen Karin' 'Let's hold on to grace' - When God gives grace to me, we must hold on to it.
The saints must receive the grace that is given at that time. I believe that God will give grace to this revival meeting as well.

'Fire' symbolizes God's judgment (6:8; 10:27). Therefore, Christians under the new covenant must fear God, receive the grace of God, and serve God well.
