Title Hebrews 12:26-29 Let's receive grace

Contents Hebrews 12:26-29

let's be blessed

Introduction

There are 405 hymns among the hymns sung by the saints. A hymn written by John Newton. "Amazing Grace" (Amazing Grace) Those who have experienced tears of repentance and gratitude while singing this hymn will understand "God's great grace" is.

God is gracious. God delights in giving grace to people. If God withdraws His grace, we cannot live.

A Christian is a person who lives by the grace of God, encompassing the past, present, and future. Therefore, Christians should long for the grace of God. Like a thirsty deer, we must yearn for grace.

Psalm 42:1 As a deer longs for streams, so my soul longs for you, O God.

The main point: If you do not receive grace, you will perish.

God's grace is not a cosmetic sample or a ham sample at a grocery store that is good to receive and sad to not receive. If we do not receive grace, we will perish. Therefore, longing for grace, preparing for the revival meeting, and waiting, please participate in the new book time.

1. What is grace

Ephesians 2:8 Free gift -- it is by grace you have been saved, through faith, and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God -- it is freely given to us by God. Faith, Salvation, Air, Oxygen...

Normal brain cells, neural networks, health, common grace, special grace

2. The value of grace

Acts 15:11 We are saved by grace - "We believe that we are saved by the grace of the Lord Jesus just as they are

The grace of grace is what we are saved from. - Special grace

Text - Hebrews 12:26-28

Verse 26- The text speaks of three tenses: past, present, and future events. (1) 'at that time' is the past downtown 5; Psalm 68:8; 77:18; 114:4,7) Because of its majesty, it refers to the separation event. When God appeared, the earth shook (Ex 19:18; Judges 5:4, the Israelites were terrified).

(2) It now implies that there will be vibrations greater than the vibrations of the earth exhibited in the Mount Sinai event.

(3) He said, “I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens once more.” The text indicates that in the past, the event of Mount Sinai, citing Haggai 2:6, only shook the earth, but in the future both heaven and earth will shake. 'Vibration' refers to God's judgment and revolution in the future (Lane).

Verse 27 - God explains why the heavens and the earth will shake in the future.

(1) God and his kingdom are immutable (Grasser).

(2) Anything that rejects God's rule - Judgment.

Verse 28 - Therefore, since we have been given a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us receive grace - The 'the kingdom that cannot be shaken' is a kingdom where God reigns - an eternal kingdom. Christians have received a kingdom that will not perish.

'Let's receive grace - 'Ekomen Karin' 'Let's hold on to grace' - When God gives grace to me, we must hold on to it.

The saints must receive the grace that is given at that time. I believe that God will give grace to this revival meeting as well.

- 'Reverence and Fear' - Christians must hold fast to God's grace, strengthen their relationship with God, and serve with fear of God and serve with joy.

Verse 29- 'Kar' ('because') is omitted. That is, the reason Christians should serve God with fear and reverence is because God is a consuming fire. - The text is a quotation from Deut. 4:24.

'Fire' symbolizes God's judgment (6:8; 10:27). Therefore, Christians under the new covenant must fear God, receive the grace of God, and serve God well.

1 Corinthians 15:10 Believers become according to God's grace

15:10 But it is by the grace of God that I am what I am, and his grace that was given to me was not in vain. I labored more than all the apostles, but it was not I, but the grace of God that was with me.

Believers become by the grace of God. The apostle Paul also became a precious apostle by the grace of God. Therefore, I hope that we too will receive God's grace in the new spring and become saints who are used like the apostle Paul.

1 Peter 4:10 All kinds of grace

4:10 As each has received a gift, serve one another as good stewards of God's various graces. God is a very good person.

4. Who do you give grace to?

3:34 Truly, he laughs at the scornful and shows kindness to the humble -- God does not give grace to the haughty and scornful of grace, but is gracious to those who humble themselves.

116:12 How will I repay all the grace that the Lord has given me? -The saints who have been favored give thanks to God and try to repay the grace.

conclusion

If you do not receive grace (Hebrews 12:15)

“Look and fear whether there are any who fall short of the grace of God, and fear that a root of bitterness will grow and cause trouble, and that many will be defiled by it.”

- If you do not receive grace, you will become a bitter root. - Becoming a person who harasses people and afflicts the church.

People pour filth on the bitter roots.

If you do not receive grace, you will live in sin.

If we do not receive grace, we cannot see the beam in our own eyes, even if we see the specks of others.

When we receive grace, we control ourselves, we live in righteousness and godliness, we have a blessed hope, we are zealous for good works, and we live like God's people.

If you do not receive grace, you will hear loud voices in your home.

If you do not receive grace, your work life becomes difficult.

Without grace, your business will creak.

If you do not receive grace, your heart will burn.

If you do not receive grace, you will be unhappy.

Therefore, we must receive God's grace.

When the engine of a car breaks down, it is scrap metal.

If the saints do not receive grace, they are of no use.

Therefore, we must receive grace.

We hope you will receive new grace through the New Spring Revival in the New Year. Grace is God's love for hopeless sinners
