Title How does it taste? (Proverbs 27:7)

Contents

Autumn is a taste. It is common for appetite to decrease in summer, but to come back in autumn. In autumn, the temperature is just right, there are many foods that stimulate the taste buds, and there are a lot of activities, so of course your taste buds will improve. So, it is the time when the season of cheongomabi comes to life. In the fall, the appetite is restored and the weight rises, so that you can survive the cold winter in a healthy way. People who have gained a little bit of weight complain that "I wish I had little appetite", but you should know that taste is a blessing. Lack of appetite is a sign of the disappearance of blessings.

How is your taste these days? Are you looking forward to dinner? Are you hungry again after eating? Good taste is proof that the person is healthy. People who are weak have no taste for rice. Sick people have a hard time even eating. Today, with the text you gave me, I will share with you about taste.

Do you know what is the first thing that comes to a person when they get sick? It means you lose your appetite.

Even if you catch a cold or get sick, your appetite will drop. Whether it is a small disease or a major disease, one of the signs of disease is that the taste of rice is lost. The taste should be sweet, but the taste is bitter. This loss of appetite is a red flag that something is wrong with your health. However, taste does not end with taste, there is a bigger problem. Taste again causes secondary problems. Loss of appetite reduces the supply of nutrients our body needs, resulting in weight loss and loss of strength. The energy is weakened. What happens when the energy is weak? You will lose strength, and you will lose resistance, immunity, and self-reliance. In general, all diseases are caused by weakening of the body's energy (strength, resistance, immunity).

Conversely, the first sign that your health is recovering is that you are feeling better.

If your taste buds are restored, your health will also be restored. People who say "I have good taste these days" are actually healthy people. If you have a good taste, you can eat well even without side dishes. Even poor food can be delightful if you have a strong appetite. When the taste is good, energy is generated. It tastes good, so if you eat it right, you can stay healthy enough that you don't need a doctor.

A healthy person only feels hungry immediately after eating. As soon as you eat, you will be hungry. This person is healthy. But look. For example, what do you feel? do you feel your heart If you feel you have a heart, that person has a heart attack. that you have heart disease. Do you feel you have eyes? If so, it is a sign that you have bad eyes, ocular disease, or an eye disease. That person has a sore eye. Do you feel like you have a head? Is your head throbbing?. A person with a headache. Do you feel your back? A person with back pain. Do you feel like you have knees? The person must have joint problems. Who is healthy? I don't feel anything. I just feel hungry. A person who says that is a healthy person. someone who doesn't feel anything. And, you're hungry. I'm always hungry. I eat and eat and I'm hungry. Every time I eat it, it tastes good. This is a healthy person.

Taste is the thermometer of health. Good taste means good health, and poor appetite means bad health. Therefore, you should check your health by following the thermometer of health. And don't let your appetite go away. When you lose your appetite, you have to find it.

Ephesians 4:22-24 says, “Put off the old self, which is corrupt according to the lusts of temptation, and be renewed in the spirit of mind, and put on God.”

With a good diet, we can wear the new person from head to toe. From hair to every cell and skin to every body, in six months to two years, almost the old is replaced with a new one. So, don't worry. Even if you are sick now, you can make a new body in 6 months to 2 years. All you need to do is to exercise with faith and make good use of your taste buds.

Spiritual health is the same as physical health.

If the word of God is sweeter than honey and the time of prayer makes you feel happy, then you are a very spiritually healthy person. When we enter the house of God, it is like entering a restaurant. When you enter the restaurant of God's Word, your mouth watering is the only way to have a healthy spirituality. However, when God's word is not heard and prayer is taken lightly, a red light has been turned on for my spiritual health.

I pray in the name of the Lord that all the saints who have a spiritual appetite will be restored through the Word of the Lord.

The Bible tells us to keep our taste buds alive.

Psalm 34:8 "Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed are those who take refuge in him."

Psalm 119:103 "How sweet are your words to me, sweeter than honey to my mouth."

Jeremiah 15:16 "I am called by your name, O LORD God of hosts; I have obtained your word, and have ate it; Your word is to me joy and the joy of my heart."

Jesus called himself the bread of life and the true drink.

The saints, children of God, do not fall apart only when they commit a great sin. All depravity begins from the moment we take the word of God lightly, neglect prayer, which is dialogue with God, and neglect the church, the body of the Lord, which is the spiritual table. The fall begins with the smallest things in the church life. That's why you have a reason to risk your life for even the smallest things.

If you have a strong desire to eat the Word of God, it is a sign that you are very spiritually healthy. On the other hand, if you become apathetic to spiritual things and do not have an appetite like a person who is full even though he has not eaten, it is evidence of losing his spiritual health. Even if I do not eat the Word for several days, even if I do not pray for several days, I am not hungry. What should not grow in me is what is growing.

In Psalm 19:1-11, David confesses that his longing for the Word of God is 'I will desire it more than much fine gold, and it is sweeter than honey and honeycomb.'

It is said that turtles love jellyfish. However, a lot of waste plastic floating in the water looks like jellyfish to the turtle's eyes and is eaten, and the plastic stays in the turtle's stomach undigested, making it impossible to feel hunger. Therefore, it is said that the turtle that ate the plastic starved to death because it did not get the food it needed for its body. In the same way, our members today are also full of the world and the things in the world, so they will find a lot of these aspects, such as no hunger for the food of life, spiritual food, and the word of God's grace.

Many people today lose the honey-like word of God and live their lives. And they are accustomed to human-made tastes. They live in lust for food, drunkenness, lewdness and luxury, and greed for power and material things. It may be sweet in your mouth right away, but you will get sick later. They seem to be getting healthier, but as a side effect, they become obese. Where do you think people are these days of worrying, suffering, and suffering? It is because they cannot eat the word of God that tastes like honey. Because they live on only the dirty world.

Spiritually reading, hearing and seeing are food for our souls. When we slowly bring the words of the Bible or another spiritual book into our hearts and bring them down into our hearts, we become different than we were before. The Word gradually becomes flesh within us and goes on to transform our whole being.

God became flesh in and through Jesus Christ. As we read, hear, and act the Word, God becomes flesh in us at that moment, and we become the branches and fruits of the living Christ today.
