I. Introduction

Text: It introduces the process of Gideon being called as a judge of the nation of Israel, and now recruiting soldiers to fight against the nation of Midian, and the process of fighting thereafter. At that time, the Israelites suffered a lot from the Midianites. This was the oppression of the Midianites because of the sins of the Israelites. As a result, the Israelites were continually oppressed by the Midianites, and they repented and cried out to God. Then God sent a judge named Gideon. So Gideon was called by God and now gathered the Israelites to fight the Midianites. In this way, 32,000 people gathered. Were all those gathered at the call of Judge Gideon to be used by God? (no) Then, which of these were to be used by God?

.Into the heart

What kind of image must we show to be used by God?

1. Do not be afraid to see people or the environment (verses 2-3)

On New Year's Day, family and friends usually gather together. Don't be afraid to ask, 'Are you going to church?' &Don't be afraid even if there is a sacrifice due to unbelieving family members or relatives. Remember that each of you is called to be a missionary for family and relative evangelization. When dealing with the field, deal with the Holy Spirit, wisdom, and courage. It is the same at school, work, or evangelism field. Don't be afraid. If you rely on God, God the Holy Spirit will be with you and help you. If there are thoughts and feelings that make you anxious or fearful in your life, in the name of Jesus, throw them all out.......EQ study, money ,Health, Boss, Spouse Relationship . . . . . . .

2. We must be self-controlled and agile in heart (verse 7).

3. You must become one for God and Gideon (verses 17--18)

Gideon divided the 300 warriors into generations, held a trumpet and an empty jar in each hand, and hid a torch in the jar, and gave them specific guidelines for action to follow in their situation. 'Do the same as I do. When all who follow me blow the trumpet, you also blow the trumpets around all the camps and say, 'For God! For Gideon! do it,' he said. In this way the 300 warriors of Israel followed the instructions given by Judge Gideon and did exactly that.

2) How does what you do for the church look like?

It is to brag about the church. It is to fill the house of God with materials. It is to fill the house of God with evangelism. If there is a difficult situation in the church, I volunteer to serve first. To honor and respect the servant of the Lord (1 Timothy 5:17), and to obey the words of the servant of the Lord (Hebrews 13:17).

3) Gideon's 300 warriors asked, 'What kind of blessing was given to them when they were serving God and the servant of the Lord? When the 300 Gideon warriors went toward the enemy camp, God had the Midianite soldiers strike each other with their swords. So, when the 300 Gideon warriors went out shouting, “For God, for Gideon,” they shed a drop of blood. I was able to win the battle without it. This means that when the saints today live for the church and for the Lord's servant, God directly defeats the enemies approaching in the lives of the saints and gives them victory.
