[Romans 12:2]
[2] ♠ Do not be conformed to this generation, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may discern what is the will of God, which is good, pleasing, and perfect.
What you need to do after being transformed is spiritual maturity. The born-again soul does not leave itself alone. Struggling towards maturity. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we put on full armor again and prepare for spiritual warfare. According to the text, the most necessary thing for spiritual maturity is discernment. It is to discern what is pleasing to God. It is to think and judge only according to what was made in one's own measure. Each person should live a life of humility and worship as belonging to Christ. The Corinthian church says they are spiritually like little children despite having many gifts. The reason Paul says this has to do with spiritual maturity. Even if a person has great abilities, nothing is useless if they do not resemble Jesus Christ. Therefore, we cannot think of ourselves as standing. You should always be humble. You must work hard to become like Jesus until the moment you die. 1 Corinthians 9:27 [I beat my body into subjection, lest after I preach to others, I myself will be rejected.] The fear of being rejected means the fear of not being saved.
You and I, as those who have already been saved, believe that we will have victory based on God who has given us salvation as those who are guaranteed by God. You don't know how great a blessing it is. Please do not forget that we still have a life to share and testify of this grace. This means that we must live a life of repentance and spiritual maturity for the salvation of the body that must be accomplished now. The point is not to let go of the tension. I pray for victory while looking at the cross to the end and walking down the narrow road, looking only at God. God is cheering you on. The Holy Spirit helps us. It is the Holy Spirit who intercedes with groanings that cannot be uttered for us who cannot pray properly.
[Romans 8:24-26] [24] ♠ We have been saved by hope, but the hope we see is not hope. [25] ♠ If we hope for what we do not see, let us wait with patience [26] ] ♠ In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness, for we do not know how to pray as we ought, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words.
Do you believe that the Holy Spirit is with you? Jesus tells me to follow me. As the Apostle Paul confessed, I have fought the good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith. To all who yearn for Sims, I wish you progress and victory in your training.
