Title I Will Satisfy Your Soul

It will satisfy your soul.

Isaiah 58:1-12

This reminds me of our ancient ancestors. “Mountain Tai is high, but it is Mei-ro under the sky. / If you climb and climb again, there is no way you can’t climb, but no one climbs it, only the hawk is high.” It's a metaphor for a lazy person. Saints must be diligent on Sunday. Some say this. “I can’t go to church because I’m lazy.” Church members are very diligent.

Saints must be more diligent than others. As the old saying goes, you can know a person by looking at a friend! There is a saying that couples look alike. We believe in becoming like Christ. If you become like Christ, you will be blessed like this.

Isaiah 58:11 says, "I, the LORD, will guide you always, and satisfy your soul in dry places, and strengthen your bones; you shall be like a watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail." Jeremiah 31:12 The spirit will be like a watered garden, and there will be no more sorrow.” The saints who are led by God's grace are like this.

1. I will satisfy your soul in dry places

A 'dry place' (chakhchahot) refers to a place where the moisture has completely dried up due to exposure to the intense sunlight of the sun or a drought. However, it is clear that the text is not just about dry land. Because the object to receive the benefit is the 'soul'. Therefore, what the text implies is the peace of mind that a person will attain after being freed from long-term sufferings. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ;

When implying the salvation of the chosen people, the image of 'dry land' is often used (Isaiah 41:17, etc.). The poor and needy seek water, but do not find it - Water is an important means of preserving life. To save because there is no such thing in the world means to be in a state of being unable to sustain life. However, if you ask with faith in Jesus, you will receive an answer. When we meet Jesus, who is the eternal living water, we can be saved and enjoy true satisfaction through Him alone.

A truly praying church has miracles. In Exodus 17, an army called Amalek attacked. It was as if they were being driven out of a parched land. Moses went up to the mountain of God and prayed. Aaron and Hur help. become one accord. I remember Joshua's army victorious as long as Moses' hand went up. As the prayer hand goes down, it is pushed. This is the power of united prayer.

Matthew 18:19 “If two people agree on something on earth, you will hear it in heaven.” .Acts 11:21 “The hand of the Lord was with them, and many believed and returned to the Lord.” I believe that we should live a life of faith that God's hand touches. We must live a life in which the Holy Spirit always intervenes and touches us. I believe there is real satisfaction here.

2. The saved life is like a watered garden.

How important would it be to say, “It is like a watered garden”?

If the same trees planted on the same ground do not grow well on some trees, there must be a clear reason. So is our belief. If you have the same worship service at the same church, listen to the same sermon, and live your life of faith together, but you feel that you do not have faith and your faith is inferior to that of that person, what is the reason? Why is my faith not growing? Of course, there must be a reason. Could life exist if there was no water? Why is it uninhabited? Because there is only one water on the island. There is living water in Jesus. Leaving Jesus and living as you please without believing in Jesus is like entering a deserted island. A person led by God is like a watered garden. - This is a commonly used expression to describe the most beautiful places in the Near East.

Psalm 23: Those who believe and follow the Lord as my shepherd say, “I have abundant blessings, like a tree planted by a stream that does not wither its leaves when it bears fruit in its season.

Joseph's status was that of a slave and a prisoner who was falsely accused of being a prisoner. Also, according to Genesis 41:46, Joseph was not able to be 29 years old at this time. But how could he not be afraid when he told him to take over as prime minister of Egypt? But Joseph did not decline with a single word. Because Jehovah is leading you, you are not afraid of anything and it is not difficult.

3. A fountain where water never stops

The Hebrew word for 'cut off', 'Ekazebu' literally means 'to deceive' or 'to lie'. This means that if the source of the spring is dry, it will cause harm to the caravans or beasts who come to it for water. It reminds me of the fact that there is water. I rushed to the long road thinking there was water, but there was no water and the source of the spring was cut off and dried up.- How desperate would you be?

But the fountain that God will prepare is a fountain that never runs dry and always abounds. This fountain is Christ, also called the Rock (1 Corinthians 10:4). Because of the salvation work accomplished by Christ, all who seek Him will always receive the water of eternal life (John 4:13,14). Even in the wilderness, we were blessed with the bursting of living water.

1 Corinthians 15:58 "Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, and always persevering in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord." It's not a hit. (Amen)

Isaiah 58:13 The holy day of the LORD is an honorable day. If you respect it (if you keep it)

Isaiah 58:14 You will find joy in the Lord, and I will lift you up on the high places of the earth = the promise of prosperity and stability symbolized by the high ground.

I will raise it through the inheritance of my ancestor Jacob = I will own the land of Canaan promised to Jacob After the captivity, the children of Israel will return to the land of Canaan because of the promise of the Lord. The words of the mouth of the LORD .= The literal translation is 'because the mouth of the LORD has spoken it'. That is to say, this expression is often used to emphasize that a promise God has once given must be fulfilled.

Joseph was a man in prison. He put the number on his chest and stood right in front of the king. But Joseph always had a vision of his life with joy. Are there any of you who are very frustrated spiritually? There must be a reason. Don't think too complicatedly and leave it to God for guidance. I hope you find work that you can do with God in mind and serve right away.

If you evangelize even a small child, you will have confidence in your faith without realizing it.

Please believe that the promise God has once given will surely be fulfilled.
