Title Is the Word of Eternal Life

Contents

Do you have any words of eternal life?

Text: John 6:67-71 Jesus said to the twelve, "Are you also going? 68 Simon Peter answered, "Lord, you have the word of eternal life; to whom shall we go? 69 We believed and knew that you are the Holy One of God." 70 Jesus answered, "Have I not chosen you twelve? But one of you is a devil." 71 These words refer to Judas, the son of Simon Iscariot, who is one of the twelve.

<Let's eat the word of eternal life and become a wholesome and healthy person.>

As of 6:56 yesterday, Korea has reached 50 million. After 29 years, it has become the 7th country in the world with a per capita income of 20,000 dollars. However, by 2045, that number is expected to decrease to 40 million. Let me give you many births and give glory to God. A British businessman named Arthur Rank was always anxious and worried about his business. Having lived with a lot of anxiety, he thought, ‘Is there any way to live free from worries?’ Then he came up with a good idea. He set every Wednesday as a day of worry, and whenever he had a concern, he wrote down the date and contents of the concern and put it in a box. But one Wednesday, while looking at the note in the box, he suddenly realized this. It was the fact that what was a big problem when I put it in the box wasn't much of a problem when I read it again later. As he continued to use this box, he realized something. It was that there is not much to worry about and not much to worry about in real life. That's right. The Bible speaks much more clearly about the worthlessness of worry.

In the Sermon on the Mount, Matthew 6:27-34, Jesus said, “Who of you, by being anxious, can add one cubit to his stature? 28 And why are you anxious for clothing? 29 But I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not clothed like one of these flowers. 30 If God cloths the grass of the field that is today and is thrown into the furnace tomorrow, how much more will it be you? Do not be anxious and say, "What shall we eat, or what shall we drink, or what shall we wear?" 32 These are all the Gentiles seek, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. Ask, and all these things will be added to you. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about you, and one day of suffering is enough for that day. That's right.

“Who of you by being anxious can add one cubit to his stature?” Thinking and worrying are different. A good idea is different. We need to think about the problems we need to solve and find solutions. We must seek and seek, but we must not become entangled in warfare and become entangled in our worries. Anxiety arises from a negative view of the future, so we need to look at everything positively from the perspective God gives us. Still, when worries come in, say, “Heavenly Father, worrying makes me worry all the time, even though nothing gets better. Let's pray, "Please take care of the list of my concerns one by one." If you pray specifically like this and surrender all your problems to the Lord, the Lord will turn those worries into clear answers. A crisis is an opportunity from God's point of view. The deeper the night, the nearer the dawn. The deeper the valley, the higher the mountain. Let's go forward looking at the God who rules all things without forgetting that the bright sun is always shining above the cloudy sky.

Gentlemen, Jesus came into this world to heal the blind, the deaf and the lame, and to give bread to the hungry. You have provided for your physical health and physical needs. All the miracles and signs that Jesus showed contain a spiritual message to save souls and solve the problem of sin. By showing miracles and signs for three years, he made us believe that he is the Son of God and that he is the Christ. Today's text is after the miracle of Oh Byung-Eye. Then, we want to receive grace and lessons by examining what message Jesus was trying to convey to His disciples after performing the miracle of the five diseases.

Second, we must choose the bread of eternal life. After all the crowds who were satisfied with the bread, the food of the flesh, had left, Jesus asked his disciples. “Are you going to cover it too?” Peter answers. 68 "To whom shall I go?" 69 We believe and know that you are the Holy One of God,

This is the famous saying of the Sun Moon Seon answer. do you guys cover it too? With the word of eternal life, to whom shall I go? We believe and know that you are the Holy One of God. I hope you get this wonderful answer.

Before Jesus took up the cross to save mankind, he entered Jerusalem without a word and went to the temple of God, the church. The temple is a place where sinners meet God through the Word. It is a place where dying souls come to life through the Word. We hope that you will always come to church to hear the word of life and become full, holistic, healthy people.

Beloved, when Jesus looked around the temple, which had become a den of robbers, he felt sorry for him. Just as Jesus looked around the temple first, he looks around our hearts.

Are you and your soul a temple of the Holy Word? Did you become a den of robbers full of beastlike demons because you did not pray and did not eat the Word? Jesus comes to our hearts as the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, and examines us. We hope that it will be a time for us to reflect on ourselves. I hope this will be a time for self-reflection.

Third, it is to build the kingdom of God that Jesus had already begun.

Guys, what is the purpose of our faith in Jesus? What are you looking for? What is the purpose of worship? What is the purpose of praying? What is the purpose of loyalty and service? The first is soul salvation. The next step is to glorify God through worship and to build the kingdom of God that Jesus has already begun, the kingdom of righteousness, peace, and joy. Jesus said in Matthew 6:9-10 in the Sermon on the Mount. 9 Therefore pray this way, our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, 10 your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

In Matthew 3:1-2, John the Baptist proclaimed the imminent kingdom of God as the last prophet who prepared the coming Jesus. Then John the Baptist came and preached in the wilderness of Judea, saying, 2 Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Jesus begins his public ministry in Matthew 4:17. From that time on, Jesus began to preach and said, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."

Now, like the Apostle Paul and Simon Peter, we become little Jesus, and we will build the kingdom of God at home, at work, at school, and at work. Let us all build the kingdom of God like a mustard seed and leaven through open collections.

Here is the Word of God.

Jesus said to them, "Are you also going? 68 Lord, you have the word of eternal life; to whom shall we go? 69 We believe and know that you are the Holy One of God. Amen.

Prayer: Lord of salvation! With the word of eternal life, where will we go? Let this faithful confession of Peter become the confession of all of us. We believe that only the food of eternal life gives us satisfaction. Help me to become a man of God who is always supplied with the food of the Lord who never thirsts. Now, let us all build the kingdom of God that Jesus has already started. Through open vowels, let the gospel multiply like a mustard seed and like yeast. May you grow revival. I pray in the name of Jesus, who gives us eternal life.
