Title Let's do it.

“As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead” (James 2:26).
Someone was drowning and was almost dying. At this time, a man passing by and reporting that he only scolded me, "Why did you fall for such a rude thing?" passed by. In this way, Confucianism teaches people's morals ethically, and only reprimands them on the premise of wrongdoing.
Another passerby and a horse reporting someone drowning told him how to get out by holding on to a branch of a tree on one side, stepping on a stone root on the other side, and climbing up. Buddhism is a religion of mercy. We are merely presenting the knowledge to be saved by ourselves. However, we cannot obtain salvation by our own efforts or strength.
Another passed by and saw the drowning man, and rebuked him, or, since there was no room for the knowledge that came out of the water, he went into the water and brought the dying man out, healed his wounds, put on new clothes, and took him to the man's house. . In this way, Jesus does not teach only theories like Confucius or Shakya, but comes to this earth in the form of a sinner, and He redeems us by dying to pay the price for their sins, and brings them to our Heavenly Father's house. The only way to salvation is through Jesus Christ. If you believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God and confess that you are your savior, you will receive eternal life.
“Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12).
“Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6).
Any religion that speaks of love and mercy is useless without deeds.
“If I speak in the tongues of men and the words of angels, but without love, I become a sounding copper and a ringing horn” (1 Corinthians 13:1).
From the standpoint of the Christian faith, God is known as the One who always makes promises and does them. Whether it is a God who only makes promises or a God who only practices, He is not a God who is one of them, but a God who always makes promises and practices together.
Namgang Lee Seung-hoon worked as a clerk at an organic store when he was 16 years old, but he did not neglect his studies by reading 'Sohak', 'Menci', and 'Gomunjinbo'. He ran an organic shop on his own with the money he had saved, then moved to a rural village and established a school called Ascensionje, where he gathered and taught local boys. Then, moved by Ahn Chang-ho's lecture in Pyongyang, he realized that the only way to save the country was to educate the youth. At that moment, Lee Seung-hoon took Ahn Chang-ho's hand and said, "It's really true. When a person hears a right word, it is best to act immediately. I will shave my head to signify an oath to do."
Believing that the way to advance the independence of the country is to awaken the people, the teacher sold the three hundred stones in Jeongju Hyanggyo and built Osan School. And by gathering healthy young people, they awakened the spirit of the nation and nurtured fellow citizens of the country's independence.
Saints! Just as there is a saying that a bead and a horse must be threaded to become a treasure, even if it is a small thing, if it is the right thing, I want you to develop the habit of doing it. Words without action are just empty slogans. Even small things are more important than putting words first, putting them into action.
There are bullet taxis that go fast even with a sticker that says "I don't drive recklessly."
What if you see a car selling behind the scenes saying, "This vehicle doesn't carry raw alcohol?" This is the complete contradiction between the slogan and life. In a word, this society is experiencing a 'crisis of practice' rather than a 'crisis of correct answers'. Grab any young man on the road and ask. Few people know where this society is going, and what the answer is. The answer is known to all three-year-olds. But why is this society not changing? Because the slogan is not put into practice in life. In other words, there is no consensus.
The Bible says
“Not everyone who says to me, Lord, Lord, will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only those who do the will of my Father who is in heaven” (Matthew 7:21).
“Therefore, everyone who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock” (Matthew 7:24).
“It is not the hearers of the law who are righteous in the sight of God, but the doers of the law will be justified” (Romans 2:13).
There was an old sailor carrying passengers in a small boat from a lake in Scotland. The words 'Faith' on one oar and 'Practice' on the other were engraved on the old man's oar. .Then the old man answered. Now take a look. The old man vigorously rowed the oar called 'Faith'. The boat hovered around in a circle. This time he rowed the oar called 'Practice'. Again, the boat only circled in the opposite direction. The two oars were rowed together. The boat swept through the water and moved forward in a swift motion. The old man gave a gentle smile to the passengers.
This is what the Christian life is all about. 'Acts without faith' and 'Faith without works' are both boats that are floating around. Faith must be in harmony with belief and practice. What modern people really need is the practice of faith. Faith without works is just a game of language.
Saints! Let's put things that we have been procrastinating on, even if it's small, into practice. We pray that all of us will live a true life of faith that is manifested not only in words but also in deeds.
* Prayer: Lord, who said that faith without works is dead faith, I listened to and read the Word of God and made up my mind only in my heart. But from now on, help me to obey your word and show it in action. Help me not to become a fool who knows the will of God but does not do it. Do not rejoice in the misfortunes of others or use them for your own gain. Help me to keep Your commandments strictly. Give me a strong determination to trust and keep your Word and the ability to put it into practice. I pray in Jesus name. Amen.
