Title Let's live like the latter.

Luke 13:22-30
22. Jesus went through every city and every village, teaching and traveling to Jerusalem.
23. Some said to him, Lord, are there few who are being saved? And he said to them,
24. Strive to enter through the narrow gate, for many, I say to you, will seek to enter and will not be able.
25. After the master of the house gets up and closes the door once, you stand outside and knock on the door and say, Lord, open it, and he will answer and say, I do not know where you are from.
26. Then you say, "We ate and drank before you, and you also taught us in the streets."
27. He will say to you, "I do not know where you come from; depart from me, all you evildoers."
28. When you see Abraham and Isaac and Jacob and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, but you are cast out, there you will weep and grind your teeth.
29. People will come from the east, the west, the north and the south, and they will join in the feast of the kingdom of God.
30. Behold, the last will be first, and the first will be last.
You know the stupid race of the hare and the tortoise
That race was a game that needed one mana.
But, as we well know, the tortoise wins the race.
What is the cause?
The rabbit can't beat me even if you fly a hundred days while looking at the tortoise.
When I looked at my opponent, I was so superior that I was so proud that I lost a nap.
When you think about why the tortoise won the race, you think differently from the rabbit.
If the tortoise had thought that he was slower and that his racing opponent, the rabbit, was much faster, he would have given up the race.
Turtles do not have in mind their racing opponents, their short, fat bodies, or their inherently slow, unplayable nature.
The only goal is to see the flag on the mountain.
God has given us our pure initial faith and determination.
I believe that those who do not compete with the world and go to the goal that God has given will have the faith to win even if they do not have the skills like a tortoise.
The starting point of our faith life that believes in God is the same for almost everyone.
You start your life of faith with the determination of pure faith to receive God's grace and live your life by faith.
If you live with pure faith, you will encounter numerous obstacles in reality.
Our faith is weak and we are hurt by the people around us. There are too many people who have given up on their initial faith. There are too many people who put down or put off their God-given vision.
Also, our circumstances and our sinful habits prevent us from living out the beginnings of our pure faith.
That is why many believers are troubled by living a wrong life of faith.
In Mark 10, taking the rich young man as an example, there are many people who put down their consciences of faith because of money rather than living according to God's word.
In Luke 13, there are many people who live a wide-open faith life because of the comfortable life of faith in reality.
but Jesus
Despite receiving God's grace, Jesus does not give up on those who are wandering for their own satisfaction, and Jesus speaks to Christians with wide doors.
Through today's Bible verse, Jesus tells us to strive to enter through the narrow gate.
There are many people who mistakenly think that heaven is not a place where everyone can enter if they pray to enter.
If you look closely in the Bible today, it is saying that you must put effort into living according to God's word to enter the place.
Even if you eat and drink before God, even if you teach the Bible, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven.
Verse 27 says that only those who walk with a conscience of faith will enter the kingdom of heaven.
Even in verses 29-30
When you look at the appearance of heaven, he says that the saints who believe in God first are the last in heaven, and there are many people who believe in Jesus when they are old, and there are many people who are recognized as the first faith in heaven.
People have been living in the church for a long time from an early age, and they sometimes mistakenly believe that the church will be number one in heaven if it has a high position.
They take pride in their position and are envious of others.
But among the first, there are many who will be last because of a mistake.
Jesus tells you to calm down.
First of all, if those who believed in God were not recognized in the world and not recognized in heaven, then there would be nothing so foolish as that.
Those who have done a lot of volunteer work or devoted a lot of time, and those who have lived a long life of faith, are more likely to fall into this illusion.
There are many times when I can't humble myself and lower myself because of the pride of the past, whether I've done everything in the past or know everything, or I can't lower myself further with the attitude that I am a very poor and insufficient sinner.
The past is important, but the present life of faith is much more important.
We, Hansarang Church members, hope that those who become first will become first believers in heaven.
Most of those who have become saints of old age have done nothing to God, so there are many people who want to serve the Lord purely.
Indeed, we want this attitude to become the attitude of our faith.
I have so little to give to the Lord
I am a saint who is so useless to the Lord
I can't even say anything with ten mouths
Will you accept a sinner like me in heaven?
I'm too short to say I love you
Let's live serving the Lord with this beautiful image of the later saints.
