When you remember, success is pride and failure is depression. That's why Paul said, 'Forgetting what is behind and pursuing what is ahead of you.' However, there are some things that should not be forgotten. Grace, love, and truth must not be forgotten. Among them, if you forget, it will be a big deal.
1 Corinthians 11:24-25 “And after giving thanks, he broke it and said, ‘This is my body for you; do this in remembrance of me. You said to commemorate me every time."
Because people are invisible, distant, and easy to forget, the Lord's Supper was instituted to always remember Jesus' death on the cross.
There are many things we must not forget here, but if you think about 'why did they even have a ceremony so that we would not forget the death of Jesus on the cross', we can see how important the death of Jesus on the cross and His precious blood are. That's right. 'The Cross and Blood of Jesus Christ' This is so very important. If you forget, it will be a big deal.
Think about where the pain and suffering we face today come from.
Genesis 3:1-7 clearly explains why. It was because he had sinned, and the cause of that sin was the devil. Therefore, our enemy is sin, the devil.

But God has opened the way for our salvation. How did you pave the way?
Matthew 26:28 "This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins."

This plan of salvation is established immediately after the fall of man.

When the devil corrupts humans and puts them in his own hands and exclaims that they have overcome God, God already has a plan to destroy the devil's work and save mankind. The plan was 'Jesus shed His blood on the cross'.
The only way to be saved from the devil and from all kinds of curses and destruction is through the blood of Jesus Christ on the cross.
Acts 4:12 "For there is no other name under heaven given to men by which they must be saved."
John 14:6 "I am the way, the truth, and the life..."
How was Israel set free when they suffered unspeakable suffering as Pharaoh's servants in Egypt? In the book of Exodus, we learn that by applying the blood of a lamb on a doorpost, we were set free from the evil Pharaoh's hand and from the cursed land of Egypt.
The devil is not afraid of anything we have. I am not afraid of becoming a president, a chaebol, or a doctor. But if we believe in Jesus Christ, He has no choice but to set us free. If we live in Jesus, we are afraid to touch us.
Therefore, the devil makes us somehow forget the blood of Jesus cross and prevent us from speaking. Therefore, if we make a mistake, we forget the blood of Jesus on the cross and become slaves to the devil, saying that we are entangled in other things and lead our Christian life.
That's right. We became children of God by being saved from the hand of the evil devil through the blood of Jesus Christ on the cross. Now that we are children of God, the devil has not completely left our side. Being in this world, we are looking for opportunities to in any way take away our righteousness, our happiness and our lives. What opportunities does the devil have? Forgetting Jesus-Cross-Blood and leaving. Therefore, Satan tries to make us forget the cross and blood of Jesus Christ by any means.
Don't let the seminary professors teach this fact, and don't let the preachers know about it. It also makes the saints constantly listen to other things. These days, the blood of Jesus Christ - the cross - is disappearing from the pulpit of the church. As a result, the church is becoming powerless. Power does not appear in the life of the Greeks.
We must realize What book is the Bible? This is a book about Jesus Christ. All 66 verses of the Old and New Testaments are books in which the blood of Christ flows. No matter where you open the sermon, Jesus Christ must come out. His blood must come out. According to the hymn in chapter 202, 'His blood has power'. There is the power of salvation, the power to destroy the works of the devil, and the power to make a happy life and a worthwhile life possible.
When Paul preached in Athens, the city of learning, after preaching philosophically, he failed and made a promise with his life.
In 1 Corinthians 2:2 it says, "I have determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified."
After that, you can see that Paul did a great job everywhere, only by witnessing the cross and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
In a way, the cross of Jesus Christ and His blood seem foolish and unconvincing in modern society. That's why the Apostle Paul said in 1 Corinthians 1:23, "We preach Christ crucified, to Jews a stumbling block and to Gentiles foolishness."
But it is for those who are not chosen and those who will perish. No matter how knowledgeable and philosophical they preach, the history of salvation does not appear. They only entertain their ears, they cannot change their hearts or their lives.
But “to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ is the power of God and the wisdom of God” (1 Corinthians 1:24).
Therefore, we must not forget the cross of Christ. We must hold on to it and go out fighting the power of Satan every day. Until the day of the final victory. I am sure that God's power, wisdom, and blessings will be revealed there.
