The passion for longing for the Word of our Protestants is great. This was the title of the Reformers, ‘Only by the Word’, and it is a natural result from the standpoint of Protestantism, which focuses on the pulpit. However, there are many cases in which the Bible meditation time is hardly made in the personal life of faith.
In order for a church to become a church, the members of the church must become saints. In order for the saints to become saints, the Word of God must rule over them, and if you want a life where the word is ruled, read the Bible and meditate on it. can never be lazy
The Bible itself testifies to how important the words of the Bible are. 2 Timothy 3:14 says, “Stay in the things you have learned and have been convinced of.” Then we are made perfect to live as Christians.
Also, Hebrews 4:12 says, “For the word of God is living and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, joints and marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.”
The word itself has power. So, for those who listen to the sermon, the word enters into their heart, and the word has power to give comfort, hope, and wisdom to their life. Sometimes the Word comes in and makes me realize my sins and make me repent. So, one of our lifelong prayer topics should be to have a life in which the Word is heard and a life focused on the Word.
A member who listens to the Word is a good member, and depending on the attitude toward the Word, it is possible to determine whether the church is a good church or not. Among the churches of the New Testament, the church in Thessalonica received a lot of praise. It was a church that had a history of faith, a labor of love, and a church full of patience and hope. On the other hand, it was a church where the good news of faith had spread everywhere.
But the reason why the Thessalonian church was able to become such a church is explained in 1 Thessalonians 2:13 like this. “When you received the word of God, which you heard from us, you received it not as the word of men, but as the word of God… These words also work in you who believe.”
To receive the Word of God, simply put, means that you have listened to the sermons well. However, when they listened to the sermons, they did not regard them as the words of men, but as if they were spoken by God. So, the Thessalonian church became a church with good news of faith, and it became a church where various good works took place.
The Word of God is a living Word. The Word is our guide and instruction in life. When our lives are immersed in the living Word, the Word makes our lives whole. If you do not believe in the living Word, you cannot experience the power of the living Word.
Christians must be people of the Word who live the life of the Word. And just as our children spare no effort to get better scores, we have to upgrade their lives every day. He will soon become a good member of the church and a member of a good church community.

I hope you will no longer be a good believer only in the chapel. I don't want you to be someone who stays inside the chapel. I hope you don't just become a loud shouter in the chapel. You can't live as a paper tiger who shouts loudly in the chapel and has no horns and no influence in the world.
First of all, the place where the Word must be melted and put into practice is at home. And it's work. Therefore, if you want to live as people of the Word, you must be able to exert a good influence on the people you meet all the time.
