Text: (John 8:1-11)
Hymns: 320. purify my sins
Date: December 30, 2010 (Thu) 5 am
Venue: Jeonju Yebut Church Small Worship Room
<short verse>
The woman answered. “Lord, there is not one,” said Jesus, “Neither do I condemn you. Go, and from now on, do not sin again.”
<Meditation>
embrace
it's an act of love
Distorted vision is corrected
Meaning of seeing a false self
when accepted
the scales are peeling off the eyes
in your eyes
that it was the 'shadow of the beams' in my eyes
The curse I poured on you
fingers outstretched towards you
The cry of my wounded soul
voices that didn't forgive me
Your heart is torn and bleeding
The beams of blame and judgment are gone.
Han, anger, hatred, melts away without a trace.
My heart is full of gentle love and gratitude.
Now that 2010 is over, where do I sit?
secretary? Pharisee? A woman caught in adultery?
Have I ever really faced myself alone in the presence of the Lord?
Have you ever heard the whispers of love, “Neither do I condemn you, go and sin no more”, exposed like a woman caught in adultery, with deep shame and shame, and all kinds of filth and sins?
<Prayer>
1. Forgive us as we repent of our sins, and forgive others!
2. Send many faithful co-workers!
3. Heal the sick! (Elder Kim Eul-soo, Deaco Park Jong-rok, Kim Young-sik, Kim Wan-jin, Jeong Mi-ra, Choi Gyu-sang-do (Elder Choi Jeom-dong's younger brother, lung cancer)...)
