▒▒ Bible_ Matthew 14:22~33
When Peter fell into the water, he said, “Lord, help me.” Then Jesus immediately rescued Peter. There was a German navy called Golchu. He rode a boat during World War I. At the beginning of the 20th century, eroded boats did not guarantee safety. If it went wrong, it would go into the water and the engine wouldn't be able to float because of the water pressure. If you go down the wrong way, you'll just be submerged in the water. Under such circumstances, Golchu wrote and sent the following letter to his wife. “Do not be alarmed when you hear the news of my death from the government. Please remember that I am in the hands of God. No matter how great the Atlantic Ocean is, we are but a small pond in God's hands, and I am in God's hands.
Today's sermon concludes, "The disciples began to believe that Jesus was the Son of God." Through various afflictions and trials, the disciples entered the place of full faith that Jesus is the true Son of God. Job also suffered a lot. But Job is making this confession even in the midst of many hardships. “I have seen God with my own eyes.” We know that not only did Job see God rightly in the midst of his suffering, but he also received blessings that were twice as many as he had lost in the past. Just as night always comes to us, suffering always comes to us. At that time, please remember that Jesus came to us in the fourth watch of the night, that is, in the middle of the night, along with suffering. And I bless you in the name of the Lord that you will become saints who overcome hardships by holding the hand that Jesus is reaching out to you.
