Introduction
God is omnipotent and does many and many great things. He created the heavens and the earth and is in control of all things in the universe. Other than that, he does a lot of great things.
What does the Lord do for us?
1. He gives abundant grace (verse 4).
“The Lord is gracious and merciful in making people remember his marvelous works.”
This means that God is giving us abundant grace. If it were not for the grace of the Lord, no one could be saved.
2. He gives us food to eat (verse 5).
“The Lord gives food to those who fear him, and he remembers the covenant he made forever.”
The author of the book of Hebrews says, "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Do not dwell on many different precepts, for it is beautiful to be strengthened by grace, and not by food, for those who worked by food did not benefit." (Hebrews 13:8-9). God gives us the grace we need to eat, wear, and wear until the days we live, so that we can eat and drink. Even in the prayer that the Lord taught us, we were told to ask for our daily bread. Get the food you need (Proverbs 30:7-9).
3. He completes salvation (verse 9).
“He hath brought salvation to his people and established his covenant forever; holy and fearful is his name.”
conclusion
There are many other great things that God is doing, so it is very difficult to express in words. In any case, He grants us abundant grace, provides us with food to eat, and keeps our salvation from changing.
