Title Psalm 119:71 The Benefits of Suffering
Contents Psalm 119:71
Where is the flower that blooms unwaveringly?
Any beautiful flowers in this world
Did it all shake and bloom
Did you straighten the stem while shaking?
Where is the love that does not waver?
Where is the flower that blooms without getting wet?
Any shining flowers in this world
All wet and wet and blooming
Wet by wind and rain, petals bloomed warmly
Where can life go without getting wet?
Where are the flowers that bloom unwaveringly? Where are the flowers that bloom without getting wet? People of the times, great leaders, heroes of faith, dream fulfillers, people who reached the top, and successful people are glorious and beautiful. However, if you look deeply at the process they have gone through, most of them are flowers that bloom while shaking. All of them are people who have tasted the bitter taste of life, taught in the wilderness, suffered the pain of loss, drank the cup of suffering, went through trials and tribulations, and passed through the valley of tears.
Dr. Robert C. McQuillkin, who founded the Columbia Bible University in the United States, said, “There is success after suffering. This means that without suffering there is no glory.” Until we succeed, life is shaken, we meet fierce resistance, we face headwinds, we slip and fall, and we encounter obstacles. Those experiences are great opportunities to change my life.
Troubles, accusations, pains, trials, tribulations, and adversities give us wisdom that cannot be gleaned from books or classrooms. It makes life strong. Help you grow. It deepens and nurtures character, faith, and life. So, at that time, the obstacles of hardship, trials, and trials that made it hard are regarded as being grateful.
The confession of today's psalm shows the life of Jesus Christ in advance. The Lord was nailed to the cross and hung in the air, suffering terrible suffering.
Resurrection is the new life opened wide at the end of the cross of suffering. Through the sufferings of the Lord alone, we can share in eternal life. And today the Lord is declaring again and fervently the benefits of suffering to us.
Everything in life has meaning. Even the things that come to me with thorns and make it difficult work together to make it useful in the end. Because everything in this world is in the good plan and will of God who loves us.
God wants to give good things to us as children. Even if it's a choking pain now, one day in the future, a wonderfully good day will come. Faith is a life that stands before the word of God, confident that the patience will be bitter now, but the fruit will be very sweet.
After a bitter experience, there is a sweet fruit
After darkness there is light
After suffering there is peace
There is joy after suffering
laughter after tears
There is rest after hard work
Success comes after hardship
After the cross there is glory
After sowing, let the harvest be in the name of the Lord.
Congratulations.
