where is heaven? Heaven is the place where the God of peace rules. Where is Hell? Hell is a place where God does not rule. Therefore, whoever is under his rule is blessed.
How does the Lord govern us?
1. He rules with authority (verse 1).
The rulers of the world become rulers by establishing them, but God is the Most High who exists from eternity. Since God is the one who establishes all the authorities on this earth, his rule is authoritative. Therefore, no one can escape God's rule. God is the perfect ruler.
2. He rules with power (verse 4).
It is by the power of God that the world and all things are maintained. Man has finite power, but God has infinite power. Had it not been for God's intervention in the rule of the world, the ruin would have already come. However, as God, who rules with two wings of love and justice, rules history, the world is maintained until the scheduled day of God.
3. He reigns forever (verse 5).
God is 'alpha and omega', that is, 'the first and the last'. The end of the world is sure to come, after which the eternal reign of God continues. This reign of God is to give peace, freedom, and complete happiness. Those who will be governed by this rule are those who believe in Jesus and serve God, and those who do not believe are excluded from the rule of peace. He is the one who rules this world with the authority and power of God, and He rules forever.
The Lord is the master of my life, so you must rule over me. May the Lord be Australia in our home. The Lord must rule this country. Please acknowledge the Lord's reign first and entrust everything to Him.
