Those who received the word were baptized, and the number of the disciples increased by three thousand that day. As they were taught by the apostles, they devoted themselves to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.
Introduction:
Everyone desires to be rich. The wish of parents with children going to school these days is for their children to go to a good university. Also, the wish of each church is for the church to prosper. Milal Church will also want the church to prosper. Therefore, I pray that the church will grow and develop every day by receiving grace through the Word of God and realizing the secret.
Text 1: The words we read together today show the fiery growth of the early church. The church rose like a fire and grew to 3,000 members. However, there is a reason and a cause for the growth of the church.
2. It is a church that receives the teachings of the apostles.-The first reason is the church that receives the teachings of the apostles. To be taught means to receive grace through the words the apostle teaches.
Second, the saints earnestly long for grace. Such a spirit, whether cold or hot, is as sweet as honey. A person who is hungry is not only sweet, but also digests well whatever he eats.
First of all, I pray that you will become a church full of grace in worship. I pray that you will become a church where the fire of grace burns and the river of grace overflows at the time the Word is preached.
3. Second, it is said that we have fellowship with each other. Fellowship is love. They get along well with each other. It means a beautiful community without greed or strife.
It is a church where we help each other, comfort each other, and get along. A church like this is overflowing with warm love. It is a hearth-like church with a roaring fire in the winter. People gather around it one by one.
Those who cause problems in the church and hinder the peace in the church are not blessed.
On a light plane, four people were on board because they were a pilot, a pastor, and a professor boy. Unfortunately, the plane went wrong. The pilot hurriedly jumps off the parachute, shouting that he has two parachutes left, and jumps off.
Then the professor shouts that I have to live because I have an important research assignment and I have to give a lecture, and I jump off with a parachute. But the pastor said to the Boy Scouts, dear, you'll take the one parachute that's left, so I'm okay with dying now. At that time, the student was the pastor, and here are two backpacks. It was my bag that the professor carried and jumped off.
4. I put all my effort into praying - Thirdly, it is the church that puts much effort into prayer. The driving force behind the prosperity of the early church was prayer.
When we risked our lives and prayed in Mark's upper room, the fullness of the Holy Spirit arose. Heavenly power and authority have come. They were transformed into strong and courageous saints.
In the prayer life of Peter and John, the power of God came and raised the crippled man. Please believe that prayer is the power that moves the throne of God. Praying saints are living saints. A church that prays is a living church.
Congratulations on becoming a praying saint. I pray that you will become a church that is devoted to prayer. A church where earnest prayer does not stop I pray that you will become a church that does not stop praying.
